If I have a negative interaction with a coworker I would want to first identify what is the issue in an objective manner and look at the situation at all angles. This will create an opportunity for both my coworker and I to either identify the tactics to solve the needs or bring it to management if we cannot work together.

The interviewee selected for this assignment is a middle aged Caucasian male, Mr. Bippes. Mr. Bippes presented as social, energetic, and appeared as charming during the interview. Mr. Bippes shared his personal and professional interests, preferences, personality, skills, and values. Mr. Bippes shared that his personal interests included expanding his development in technology both in his professional and personal life. “Expanding my knowledge of Access and Excel database functionality is important to my career, but also helps me in some everyday tasks. Increasing my knowledge by taking as much training and expansions classes that I can and networking with my peers helps me to create a more cohesive working experience” stated Mr. Bippes. Mr. Bippes presented as social and a lover of all aspects of life. Working on structural issues, using tools, building, making repairs, and playing tennis were of the several things that Mr. Bippes reported that he enjoys.
I am a hard working employee who is dedicated to get the job done successfully, effectively and efficiently. I have a strong background in business management and a variety of job experience. 7. I previously worked in a number of relevant administrative positions. In my previous and current position, I organized legal documents, handled inbound reception phone calls, prepared reports and created documents. I have great phone manners and presentation and my coworkers describe me as easy going. Also, I am a fast worker and I excel at meeting deadlines under pressure. Personally, I like to help my friends to work in overseas by giving advise about the visas and suggesting which countries would be suitable for their career.
