People come to this country for opportunities which aren't presented in the country that they were in. Starting a life over in a different country could be a traumatic time, not knowing the language, traditions, and many other things about the country which could make it a very awkward situation. Or, going back to a home country where wars could be happening and staying away from that is the best option.
