The Industrial Revolution brought about a more advanced era with lasting effects. Due to these effects, we can live easier, more comfortable lives that last longer and are, in comparison, far better. Some of these effects are still evident today. However, not all of them were positive, nor were all of them negative. While some might argue that Industrialization had primarily negative consequences for society because of poor living and working conditions, it was actually a positive thing for society. Industrialization’s positive effects included better business, a ready workforce, and more efficient machines, production, and transportation.

The Industrial Revolution began in England during the 18th Century. This revolution started out in England, and spread throughout Europe and North America. Many technologic and agricultural advances were made during this time. Factories became the main source of production, rather than in home workers. This resulted in many people living in rural areas to move into industrialized cities, which was called rural to urban migration. The Industrial Revolution started in England due to its supply of natural resources, advanced technology and inventions, and political freedom.

The industrial revolution began in the 17th century and made significant change in the world. An era was over and the new one was beginning. The revolution has advantages and disadvantages. Rising of living standards, improving of health, lifetime and trade system are its advantages. On the other hand, manufacturing has caused major problems such as deforestation, excessive use of fossil fuel sources, irresponsible industrialisation and agricultural development. These changes have increased world’s atmospheric concentration of water vapour, CO2, CH4 and other gases (Stocker, 2013). These gases capture part of energy receiving from sun and trap this heat inside atmosphere that causes rising temperatures on the earth’s surface. Naturally, for continuation of life these gases are necessary, but result of the human events these gases has produced more than plants and environment need (Robins, 2016). Also, we call them Green Houses Gases because they have the similar effect like the ‘greenhouses’ utilised to increase condition of vegetables.

The Industrial Revolution was a major turning point in history that took place between 1760 and the mid 1800’s. During this time frame, a variety of different machines were invented and put in factories to make workers and everyday people’s lives easier. These machines had to be run by people such as women and even children because the men were mostly in coal mines. Some of the many negative consequences about these new jobs and new machines being invented were; child labor, physical abuse on the job, and unsafe working conditions. While some might argue that Industrialization had primarily positive consequences for society because more jobs became available, it was actually a negative thing.

America had a huge industrial revolution in the late 1800”s. Many changes happened to our great nation, which factored into this. The evidence clearly shows that advancements in new technology, a large wave of immigrants into our country and new views of our government, helped to promote America’s huge industrial growth from the period of 1860-1900.

America has been expanding and growing since its birth out of Great Britain. The Industrial Revolution has been an influence in the American life since it first began in the 1700s. Many of the effects resulting from the revolution still affect America to this day. The entrepreneurs of this time and their industry still are around, although they have molded and shaped themselves into better products their still known from the originality of it all. Although the Industrial Revolution began hundreds of years ago it has affected everything on a global scale with other nations adapting from the innovations of this era. Economically speaking its increased money for the nation tremendously although the nation in debt to other nations to this day;

During the nineteenth century, the Industrial Revolution made a significant political, economical, and social change throughout Western Europe. The Industrial Revolution was brought on, partly, due to the English civil war. During the Industrial Revolution, England experienced major advances in transportation, agriculture, and manufacturing, which spread throughout Europe. By the 1830s most European countries started railroad construction and the mechanization of manufacturing (Hunt, 654). One of the most significant changes that occurred during this time period was the shift of labor from small farms in rural areas to large factories in urbanized cities.

The Industrial Revolution European society has been transformed greatly by the Industrial Revolution. Some of the changes were positive there were also negative ones. The positive changes benefitted the wealthy and the working class, while the negative affected the poor. These changes definitely affected society whether they were negative or positive. Some positive changes were an increase of jobs and a steady economy, as well as growing businesses.

The industrial revolution changed America dramatically. Machines were introduced during this era. For example, the cotton gin was introduced, a machine where cotton was separated from the seed, for we could make cotton products faster. Trains and steamboats were introduced too, making it easier to transport people and goods around America. The industrial revolution brought negative and positive changes to the United States’ economy, society, and politics between 1800-1860.

The Industrial Revolution plagued the lower working class with overcrowded cities and harsher working conditions. These effects were the result of the development of the factory system that followed the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial Revolution was made possible by technological innovations such as the steam engine, invented in 1765 by James Watt. Machines were just as important as the labor class working the machines in factories and in the Industrial Revolution.

The Industrial Revolution started in the mid-1700s and rapidly spread industrialization to most of Europe. Because of the revolution, the iron production in Great Britain had increased by 518 times. Despite the positive outcomes of the factories, factory workers were exposed to dangerous conditions, including unprotected machines, which led to many unintended injuries and even death. Moreover, the factories took time away from school, leaving the workers without higher level knowledge and skills. The Industrial Revolution increased the overall standard of living of the lower class, however the poor working conditions and hindered education negated the gain of working in the factories.

The Industrial Revolution is the name given to the movement in which machines changed people's way of life as well as their methods of manufacturer. It brought three important changes: inventions of machines that simplify and speed up the work of hand tools, use of steam (and other power) versus human power, adoption of a factory system. Workers were brought together under one roof and were supplied machines. The Industrial Revolution began throughout the world relatively during the same time period, and although it had its beginning in remote times, it is still continuing in some places.

The Industrial Revolution that took place throughout the 18th and the 19th centuries had major effects which influenced every aspect of society and life such as, urbanization, imperialism and nationalism. The industrial revolution had an unfathomable effect on shaping the modern world to what it is today. Before the revolution, society revolved around farming and agriculture. There were only two social classes, the nobility and the working class. Little did they know, that their lives were about to change dramatically and continue changing for the next generations to come.
