Topic: Mental Block
Specific Purpose: To inform my audience about the way to overcome mental block.
Central Idea : Mental block can be overcome by L.O.V.E which is L is for limit your association with negative people, O is for Once more, V is for visualization, and E is for enthusiasm.

a. Mental is one of the key of success.
b. A human with stronger mentality will dare to do anything, not afraid to try and make a failure as a challenge that must be faced with great enthusiasm.
c. Mental block is an inability to recall some specific thing or perform some mental action.
d. People, who have mental blocks, will feel depressed, fearful, insecure and nervous to do anything that it deems incompatible with them.

- You must love your work and be confidence in everything that you do.
- If you did not love what you do, you will not feel excited to do your work. So there is no existence of enthusiasm.
- One of the ways to get your enthusiasm is from reading an inspirational book.
- Reading helps your brain to develop new ideas and perspectives on various topics.
- If you are caught up in a mental “block” takes time to just read something, even if it’s completely random to create inspiration on your emotion.
- Once you got an inspiration, you will be enthusiastic to do your work and it will help to overcome mental block because you love what you do.

Where a client's capacity to maintain a train of thought is constantly interrupted. A thought block is an abrupt interruption in the stream of thought describe as a profound sudden blankness of the mind. The client usually express flight of ideas as the disruption occurs. I spoke on how government access, mental health stigma, and public awareness all affect how people can get proper treatment in mental health care facilities. other parts of the world have reported signs of depression by being sad for different reasons. Depression is a normal occurrence that follows the death of a loved one, challenges of life struggles, problems in social life and the feeling of low self-worth.

I chose this topic because I wanted to focus on a matter that is relevant to the audience in order for them to be interested. Also, I wanted the audience to learn something new that they could apply to their lives currently.
