Ways of doing business these days are different from how it was done twenty years ago and will surely be different in the coming twenty years.
Change is the key word, and the business world is changing so rapidly that people need to constantly adapt, perform and overcome in order to survive.
Giving these facts and challenges, every business need to find the most adapted solutions and implement rules and procedures in order to maintain its competitive position, protect its market shares and above all maintain the level of survival of the human beings involved in this business (Owners, staff...)
During all the changes that have occurred throughout the years many very successful businesses lost everything while other small businesses

The need of belonging has been considered by Maslow, one of the most important needs that a Human being can have, and that is absolutely true.
Based on this reality, our imagination is the only limit of what a Human is capable to do to fulfill this need and business is a micro society in the macro society that is the worlds market.
Introducing the new Paradigm:
I believe that every person working in a business must be a shareholder in that business no matter what position or task he is responsible for, the shares must be rationally distributed based on the degree of responsibilities of each and every person.
It is true that many companies nowadays have incentive a participation programs for their employees but at the end of the day, the employee is still the employee and the owner is still the owner.
Over, is the time where businesses are hold by one or few persons employing sometimes thousands of employees for a simple salary at the end of the month; no matter how motivated and contentious the employee is, he or she will never work for the ultimate success of the business as the owner will.
So, why not making of the employees the owners since they are the key of success of every business and they are the only ones who can adapt the changes and come up with solutions.

Change happens in a business environment for a variety of reasons. Those reasons depend on both internal and external factors.
During these times of change business may have to change its orgainsation, operation and its nature to deal with the challenges of each stage in the business life cycle. For business to be successful they must constantly develop and change strategies to deal with the growth of the business or the life of the business may be cut short.
The concept of belonging is a fundamental human need, That is, According to Abraham Maslow.
The other fundamental issue that Charles raises is the treatment that the employees get from both the law and the proprietors/accounts. He says that employees in most instances are treated as property that belongs to the owner of the business and recorded as costs (salary/allowances) and not as assets. This effectively means that they are treated as things that are supposed to be minimized just like any other costs. This is a trend that needs to be changed and the employees need to be treated as cherished community together with the proprietors and the stakeholders. It should be a community that has members who are proud to be members of that particular community, allowed to express their views on issue related to them and the organization and generally have a free environment to
In this ever-changing modern day business environment, organizations should always be ready to adapt to the ever-changing concepts and customers’ needs. Both internal and external factors influence the kinds of changes that take place in any business or organization. As of the complex adaptive systems, in order to keep up with the constant upcoming changes, they need to keep on revising their goals and objectives. They can do this by assimilating to any current changes present in society.
It fascinates me how businesses operate in frequently changing environments. Particularly, the way employees are managed in order to maintain a flowing business structure whilst achieving business aims and objectives and by using calculated risks to overcome challenges. Thus leading to the progression and success of a business.
They have time to make changes to their business plans or restructure their companies. A shorter timeline means businesses need to scramble to figure out how they’ll adapt. Some businesses may not have enough time to make plans and could become less profitable or even be forced to close.
Businesses today operate an environment that differs greatly from anytime millennia, centuries or even decades ago. The pace of businesses has increased exponentially with the continuous improvement of information technology, telecommunications and geolocation supported by satellites and progressively more efficient modes of transportation and mechanization. The ability to move products globally overnight, increasing levels of automation, and collaboration instantaneously via virtual means has forever changed and reduced traditional barriers businesses face while creating a myriad of new challenges, risks and opportunities.
In the article “ Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs,” Bob Poston discusses the pyramid Abraham Maslow created as a mean of categorizing human needs. One of the tiers that Maslow invented was love and belonging. Poston show’s how Maslow experiments and tests his theory on each tier. On the third tier love and belonging, Poston states “ A sense of belonging can be felt when an individual becomes more focused on the desire to build relationships with one another” ( 350). When humans feel secure and loved that’s when they begin to merge into the third tier.
The need to belong is the need to give, and receive thoughtfulness regarding, and from others. Belonging is a strong and unavoidable feeling which exists in human instinct. In other words, to belong or not to belong can come about because of decisions of one’s self, or the decisions of others. Not everybody belongs to the same thing or individual; without belonging, one will not be able to distinguish themselves as clearly, therefore experiencing issues communicating with as well as identifying with their surroundings. I believe belonging is the human emotional which should be recognized by individuals from within a group. Whether it is family, companion, associate or team, people have a need to have an acquired desire to have a place and
In today’s economy, firms are no longer the center of business. In order to survive,
Most important, the employees can earn stock, which gives them voice within the company to make pertinent decisions.
