Running continues to generate a lot of interest, more people are participating in 5K races and training to potentially run a marathon. A greater number of people simply participate to keep fit, socialize, and improve self-esteem. These runners may never go near a starting line or win a prize. Many runners experience the fear of beginning the process of training. Or perhaps, restarting training, those who stopped running for one reason or another and want to get back to their old running schedule. We want to help people realize their potential. The goal of All About Runs is to pass along information we use, advice we take, places we shop and races we run.

Structure of the website
The website is comprised of six sections. (1)The home screen provides a stunning graphic as the introduction to our website. (2) Next is the about us page, which presents the motives for creating the website while at the same time presenting what we hope to accomplish. (3) The gear page provides runners with sources to purchase the right running sneakers and workout gear. (4) The race page includes a collection of resources for running. For example, the page offers a race calendar for 5K and marathon races. (5) The health page provides ideas on how to start a run, food for athletes to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and exercises that will strengthen the body. These articles are important and handpicked. They encompass the important aspects of both the physical and mental states of a runner. (6)
