To me, this specific face of Gill’s speaks classic and elegance. It was actually used to handset his book, An Essay on Typography. This font has serifs and its usually not the first thought that comes to mind when thinking of Gill’s work as a typographer. It is a readable font, however, you need to use this font according to your design in order for it to look decent and professional.
I tried to model my typeface similar to the ones used in Harpers Bazaar Magazine. I tried to find the typeface that most closely matched the body copy, headline, subhead, and ect. I choose to go with all serif typefaces because, I felt like it gave my spread more of a chic, and stylish look like Harpers Bazaar. For the most part my model magazine uses a lot of serif typefaces, but every now and then in different spreads they use a combination of serif and san serif

This is what Garamond looks like. This is what Arial looks like. (If your paper font doesn’t look like these three styles, it is not formatted correctly.) Use the same font and size consistently throughout your paper- no big fonts for titles, no bold words for emphasis (or titles) and no fancy fonts for fun or to be cute. Underlines should only be used for titles of certain works, like books and movie titles. (Quotation marks should be used for titles of smaller works, such as articles, poems, song titles, and short stories.) The rules may vary depending on the work in question, so consult your instructor for any other concerns.
This is Steven Gerads from period 3. I am one of the students who has just got moved into your class. I was looking for that class on canvas, but it is not showing up. Instead I still have my older English class. Should I hand write today's assignment, and bring it tomorrow at tutorial? I will bring it if the class doesn't show up until I go to bed. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
From the beginning to the end of the music video “Hmm for the Weekend” by Coldplay featuring Beyoncé (2015), the audience is shown a multiple array of colours and authentic sounds, from traditional bells, to Chris Martin’s angelic voice. However, the video also portrays prolific visuals of the Indian culture. On one hand, viewers suggest it over-generalizes the representation of an Indian culture as it screens the false realties of race and ethics. On the other hand, there are those who suggest it shows the appreciation of the culture. Through Jason Rodriquez’s article “Color-Blind Ideology & Culture Appropriation of Hip-Hop” (2006), this paper will explain how the music video “Hmm for the Weekend” by Coldplay featuring Beyoncé uses culture
The typeface I chose for this research is Times New Roman. I like this typeface out of all the other. Futura is a sans serif typeface. It is classified as geometric, meaning that the looks of the letterforms are based on geometric shapes. The bowls of the letters are almost-perfect circles and the peaks of some letters such as W’s and uppercase A’s create triangles. This gives the letterforms a very simple look that can be broken down into just a few key elements. For example, letters such as the lowercase ‘d’ and ‘b’ are made up of a circle and str¬aight, vertical line on one side, and letters such as the uppercase ‘T’ are simply made up of two perfectly straight lines—one horizontal and one vertical, with the vertical line extending directly below the center of the horizontal line. The lowercase ‘t’ changes things up a bit with the fact that the two lines are off-centered. Instead of being directly in the center like the uppercase, the vertical line is positioned slightly to the left. The lowercase ‘f’ mimics this as well.
