William Jefferson Blythe III is a man of many accomplishments. His success as President has categorized him as one of the “best” Presidents’s the United States has had thus far. Many of his legislations had brought the economy up from the downward spiral many were suffering from due to the prior presidents’ decisions made regarding the economy’s debt. Clinton’s purpose was to get the United States economy back from the ill treatment. His intent was to allow every class to prosper equally. With doing such many people begin to gain hope during the incumbency of Bill Clinton, while many legislations that were beneficial were passed, others were passed that turned out to be not so beneficial and commendable. On August 19, 1946 William Jefferson Blythe III, was born in a small town of Hope, Arkansas. Due to the fact that his father was killed prior to his birth and his mother left after his birth to purse her nursing degree, William was raised back his grandparents. During his upbringing in Hope he learned morals and values from his grandparents that would strong influence his acts as President. His grandparents being small business owners also influenced Williams’ thoughts on small business owners and their key roles in everyday society and economic values. Also Clintons’ grandparents all races of all types to shop at their store and receive equal treatment which also taught William the importance of equality. After many years of schooling and becoming attached to politics President Clinton eventually ran for attorney general and won, later running for governor of Arkansas which excelling and becoming one of the youngest former governors in Arkansas …show more content…

As President, Clinton adjusted the financial backing, helped the economy include 23 million new employments, and supervised the longest time of peacetime monetary extension ever.A way that the house came together to solve the issue was recognizing that same sex marriage was more like a task force issue of anything the US had ever witnessed. At first, some totally out ruled the matter by arguing it violated the State’s rights. Since DOMA reinforces the States rights, one state is prohibited from imposing on other states to avoid misinterpretations of the law.
