Johnson & Johnson is an American multinational medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturer founded in 1886. The corporation is the world’s largest consumer health company, the world’s largest and most diverse medical devices and Diagnostics Company, the world’s fifth-largest biologics company, and the world’s eighth-largest pharmaceuticals company. Johnson & Johnson has more than 250 operating companies in 60 countries employing approximately 129,000 people. The Johnson & Johnson headquarters is located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. It is very admirable that Johnson & Johnson has put educational resources to its employees so they can learn about diversity and how to work well with people all around the world. 

Johnson & Johnson also provides mentoring programs for its employees through their Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. This program expands learning opportunities and support development of a diverse workforce by making these nurturing relationships available to a number of employees. In the spring of 2010, Johnson & Johnson introduced a web-mentoring program called Mentoring Works, which contributes to the Global Diversity of building a culture of inclusion.
Diversity is very important for Johnson & Johnson has many mentoring programs for leadership and development and its strength in diversity strengthen their company and has an impact on diversity within their organization and in the community.
