According to a HollywoodLife source, although the 36-year-old former professional basketball player is doing really well physically, he definitely needs more help with his drug problems.
“Lamar’s physical disabilities have drastically improved, but more work needs to be done to help him cope with his chemical dependency problems. Those troubles don’t go away overnight,” the source told the site exclusively.
Speaking of Lamar's
He is already in a compromised state; people who are not "healthy" have bodies that are not equipped to handle additional stressors.
If Logan Marr had come to me and told me that her foster mother was abusing her, I would have comforted her as best I could and reported the disclosure of abuse to Child Protective Services. If I was her case manager, I would also ensure that Logan was safe while an investigation took place by visiting regularly or removing her from the home if necessary. Additionally, regardless of whether or not I am in charge of her welfare, I would also do everything I could to help Logan feel safe and process her feelings about the investigation as well as the alleged abuse.

Most of us can’t imagine what would make an adult use violence against a child, and the worse the behavior is, the more unimaginable it seems. But the incidence of parents and other caregivers consciously, even willfully, committing acts that harm the very children they’re supposed to be nurturing is a sad fact of human society that cuts

Fantastic post! I had no idea Lamar Odom had an alcohol and drug issue, it's amazing how many things you can learn everyday. Originally, Lamar was only known to me because of his marriage to Khloe Kardashian. I knew he had some health issues from watching TMZ with my parents, whenever I was home, but definitely not a drug or alcohol problems. Despite his association to the infamous Kardashian's, I consider Lamar to be a very respectable guy. It's unfortunate to see a good guy suffer from something such as alcohol and drug addiction. I think his PR team handled the situation well, keeping a positive mindset and all. Out of many of scandals surrounding athletes and celebrities, this one, in my opinion, is one of the less serious because of the

This has recently changed in the last few years as both notable rappers Kendrick Lamar and Kid Cudi has publicly expressed vulnerability in their last projects. Also, Darryl McDaniels, from the legendary group, Run-DMC, who has personally battled with mental illness for a number of years, but he resisted from getting help. When asked
