Successful CC =1 CM received a call from Boris Saharig (Mentor - Guazabara Insights Inc.) regarding a follow-up on Leandro (youth). Boris informed CM that he is scheduling an meeting with Leandro (youth) school tomorrow to address the youth suspension. CM was informed that the school did not tell Ms. Pacheco that Leandro was suspensed, the Police Office inform the family that Leandro was suspensed. Boris will keep CM updated regarding this matter.

Marillu told me she intends to send her daughter to a Military School in West Virginia. Mirna passed the physical and is waiting for her to be accepted. A short while after I received a call from Office Hill reporting that he ran into Mirna and would have her standing by at student services.
I reviewed the results of the incident with Assistant Principal ERNST. ERNST contacted KASCHAK's father and issued a 2 day out of school suspension to be served on Wednesday February 8th and 9th, 2017. Due to school being closed on February 9th and 10th, KASCHAK served her second day out of school suspension on Monday, Feb 13, 2017.

On 15 October 2017, at 1757 hours, Deputy Tabor and Deputy Williams were dispatched to 135 South Penalosa Street in Penalosa, Kansas, Kingman County, in response to a disturbance. As Deputy Tabor was en route, he was advised by dispatch over the radio that there were young kids who had threatened to "off" the reporting party.
On March 8, 2016, I was assigned this case to follow up. This case involves Ms. Talia Karina Barillas a sixteen year old T.C. Williams High School student. I had previously been assigned runaway cases involving Talia in 2015. Talia left for over 30 days during the summer and was located at school unharmed. During previous follow up an LBGQT issue was the school was going to assist her with services.
On 03/07/16 we received a broker invoice advising of an incurred increase in the amount of $1,180,064 (1,137,500 Loss & 42,564.14) along with a billing request for $1,269,607 (1,225,000 Loss & 44,606.94 in Lae). The only other information provided was Harco’s 03/03/16 loss report stating; no meritorious appellate issues, therefore the loss was settled for $5,000,000 with a supplemental payment of $112,000 for plaintiff’s taxable cost. Based on the limited information provided, an internet search was conducted finding that the case was tried with the plaintiff receiving a $6M verdict against the insured on 12/18/15. Based on the above, an inquiry was issued to Harco requesting details regarding their strategy to litigate this loss to a verdict with an explanation as to why the taxable cost of $112,000 was being ceded to reinsurers as an expense.
MSTT was unable to work with Jose and Juminia on this weeks goals because youth runaway from home on Friday evening. Youth remained out in the community for five days before he was find by his probation officer. Youth will be having a hearing to determine what going to happen next with him. MSTT will collabrate with Juminia and Ricky (JPO) to explore the situation and review all the outcomes. MSTT will continue to reach out to Juminia and Ricky during this time until a final decisoin is made by the court.
Cabarrus Memorial Hospital (CMH), in the small town of Concord, North Carolina, came to be the vision of Mr. Charles A. Cannon, a mill business owner and the largest employer in the area. Mr. Cannon employed thousands of employees and believed his employee should receive the best medical care. This mission and vision of Mr. Cannon translated into his opening of CMH. For his vision to give his employees the best medical care, he was able to draw in the educational and visionary support of Duke University Medical Center. CMH grew from a 50 inpatient bed facility in 1937 to a 457 bed hospital by 1982. The current case study, by F. Campbell and D. Caldwell, evaluates and analyzes the need and addition of an open heart surgery service at CMH.
On Tuesday February 10, 2015 I interviewed Cheryl (Robinson) Henson in regards to her complaint about Dr. Kondro. Mrs. Henson stated she had recently remarried and had changed her last name to “Henson” explaining the change of name since she filed the complaint.
On March 1, 2017, Miguel Donan was charged with Rule 26 B, 26 D and Rule 26 F. Information gathered from staff witnesses indicated that Miguel Donan, his brother and a friend decided to cross the street while holding up traffic to engage in a fight with two middle school students. Several staff members had to separate the students as they continued to engage in a fight with each other. This incident caused a major disturbance in which the neighborhood neighbors video the whole fight event. All students were restrained and arrested by SRO Oates and SRO Richardson of MMPD. The fight caused a major disruption in the dismissal process. The parents were called and informed that their children were arrested by CMPD; that children were suspended
