LeBron James can be considered to be the best basketball player in the NBA (National Basketball Association) today because he is one of the most versatile players in the league, he has been able to consistently put up high PER’s (Player efficiency rating) throughout his career, and he has been able to stay healthy and avoid injury for his entire career.
I am going to try to persuade you in thinking that Stephen Curry is the best player in the NBA as of right now. With the following arguments that that will be made in this argument.
As it stands today, Kobe Bryant is the best basketball player to have ever played the game. Some argue that Michael Jordan was better, but he was not. Some argue that Lebron James is better, but he is not. To compare him to the men who played the center position is a waste of time. Obviously Shaquille O’Neal, Wilt Chamberlain, and Kareem Abdul Jabbar were more dominant. They were freaks of nature. What Kobe had that set him apart from everyone else was a skill set and mentality that is unmatched. Kobe is the best player first and foremost because he was a Los Angeles Laker for twenty years. Some may say that my bias towards Kobe as a Laker fan discredits my argument, but it does not.
Michael Jordan is considered to be the most iconic person in sports history. Since 2002, Lebron James has been compared not only to be the next Michael Jordan but also having the potential of being a better basketball player than him. Some basketball fans might agree and some might disagree, but at the end of the day everyone will have their own opinion of who is better than whom. Lebron James and Michael Jordan do have many things in common even though they play different positions in the national basketball association. They both can dominate the court with their leadership, their skills, and their strength. Surprisingly, there are just as many differences as there are similarities between the
Lebron James is considered the very best among many top players to ever play the game.
When LeBron James was born, nobody would have guessed that he would have been the one to go all the way to the NBA and perform like he does. He has amazing talent and he knows how to use it. And what's so amazing about how he went all the way to the NBA, is he was living in a state of poverty with trouble all around him and still managed to make it tontine big times.Even though the odds of how he lived were against him, LeBron James managed to put his talent first and become one of the best basketball players in the world.
My topic is about the full impact LeBron James has had on the NBA and society. He is known as a modern-athlete activist, he has never been shy to express his thoughts on social issues outside and inside of the NBA. LeBron James has played such a major role in the Black Lives Matter movement. For example, in the opening of the 2016 ESPYs, LeBron mentioned all the recent police shootings that have been occurring, and expresses his feelings on how he wants change. My topic will also talk about the impact he’s had on the economy, not only the impact inside of the NBA but thing’s he’s done outside of the league. Overall, I’ll explain the overall impact that he’s had on the world, and how much of an influence he has been in the African American community.
Which star athlete won MVP three times, and the first person drafted in 2003? It was LeBron James, also known as king James! LeBron James was born on December 30th, 1984 and was born in Akron, Ohio. James grew up living in many houses and different places. In highschool Lebron loved football and had a passion for basketball. He was inspired by his idol Michael Jordan to play basketball. He worked hard to get to where he is today, but never forgot where he came from and what it took to get where he is today.
The God given talent an athlete possesses is a key component to the amount of success they will achieve throughout their career. Talent is what separates a good player from a bench player. LeBron James can be considered as the best professional basketball player of recent years. He is a 3x NBA Champion along with 3 NBA Finals MVP awards, 4x Most Valuable Player, 12x NBA All-Star and a 3x Olympic medalist. He was also considered to be more talented than anyone in his graduating high school class. So much so, that he skipped college and got drafted number 1 overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Talent is usually recognized at a young age. In today’s age of technology, just one click can find someone an eight-year-old who is the “Next Kevin Durant”
As you can see, LeBron James is better than Kevin Durant for those reasons. LeBron James has achieved countless triple doubles and is often compared to Michael Jordan. (He has proven over the years he is more successful than Kevin Durant, he has more experience due to him playing longer, and he has more awards and more to come). Clearly, LeBron James is one of the best basketball player in
Two players step to the forefront of about every conversation surrounding who the best centers are in the NBA today. Ironically, they both came to professional basketball 3 years apart from the same legendary college program.
"I am honored [sic] to participate in a project that is trying to help single mothers who are struggling to make a living and raise their kids, because that perfectly describes my mother when I was growing up. You think LeBron James is a champion? Gloria James is a champion too. She’s my champion," he
The game is set, it's the 2017 NBA all star game. Everyone's eyes are wide as they watch, swishes from three pointers, and the rim rattling from dunks can be heard. The spotlight is on when these East and West all-stars are on the court: most of these players MVPs, league leaders, and NBA champions. They are the league's best, and the best in the world as they astonish the crowds when they show off their talent. But it takes a lot of great traits for these players to be considered the best in the league and make it to the 2017 All Star Game. While there are many players in the current NBA, Similar qualities separate the greats from every other player in the league.
Wow, this 2016-17 NBA regular was tremendous for the NBA world. From LeBron becoming an explosive player again to Russel Westbrook having an amazing triple double run. In order for him to have surpassed the legend he need to tweak the team chemistry and player like a player who has a unique usage for a team. I just wonder what the locker room has to be like when Russ wins the game for his team along with getting season awards such as player of the week. I have so many wonders, but Russel Westbrooks play this season is the most intriguing that I have.
“I am going to be the most valuable player!” At least that is what I thought. See, I was not your average basketball player back then. i was petite, angular, not muscular; i was a peewee, but i met someone great that year.
In the NBA, there are a lot of good and great players, but the best players are the ones that aren't all about winning the game, but about trying, dreaming, living live as best as they can.”The game has its ups and downs, but you can never lose focus of your individual goals and you can't let yourself be beat by a lack of efforts”. this is true because if Michael Jordan did the same, and citizens can accomplish anything but with a lack of efforts people can't do as much because it's always going to hold people back from the things that everyone wants.”Dream as you live forever, live as if you die today”.clearly LeBron James wants regular citizens to live live as best as the individuals can because if people live as if the individuals die today than people have a full and a great life.”If you have a dream, chase it no matter what it takes”. James harden is definitely a great player but he had a dream to be an all star and he obviously chased it because
