“Hello.” I said. “Ariel, hi.” He said. “So, you wanted to meet up with me?” I said. “Yes, would you like something to drink?” He called the waiter and he ordered a coffee while I asked for a tea. “Well, I know that I might sound like a girl and you might not be okay with what I’m going to tell you.” Harry said. Whoa, is it that bad? “I like your sister, well, more than like.” He confessed. I raised an eyebrow and I felt my blood boiling. “You know the last person that told me that actually said that they loved her then made my sister suffer immensely.” I said. I couldn’t handle my sister going through another heartache. “I understand, I’m not going to say that I would never do such thing but I want to fight for your sister. I doesn’t matter how long it takes for her to forget about that blithering idiot as long as I know I will have a chance to show her how fortunate I would be to have her.” He said. I don’t know if to …show more content…
I want to be there for her and her son trust me I don’t leave the first or second battle we have to fight and overcome. I’ll be there till the end or until she wants me to be. If I have to begin as her friend I will I’ll earn the spot with effort.” He said. I don’t know if I should trust him or not. Who am I to judge but I can’t trust people who promise without seeing actions. “I already spoke to your sister and she said that she won’t deny me the chance to fight for her.” Wow he is on top of things. “It all sounds good and all but they’re simple words that are gone with the wind not leaving a trace. You need to prove yourself and not to me but to Jae. At the end of the day it’s her choice and she’ll be giving you a chance, not me.” I said. It’s all true what he said sounds amazing but it’s not up to me. “I’m not going to get on your way but I am going to tell you that Jae is not alone.” I reminded him. He nodded and smiled. “Thank you for listening.” He
The last of the three components of love is decision/ commitment. According to, “A Triangular Theory of Love,” this component, “includes the cognitive elements within a relationship.” Furthermore, this is, “the decision that one loves someone else, and in the long term, the commitment to maintain that love” (Sternberg, 1985). In other words, this is choosing to develop a relationship with an individual and choosing to love and remain loyal to that one partner for a long time, or life. Similarity, “the cognitive component, which reflects the decision to make a long-term commitment to a loved one” (Kassin, Fein, & Markus, 2016). In other terms, this long-term decision to stay with a loved is mainly based on the fact that the couple is in love.
“I had to defend all three of us. Myself, and him, and her. And even then… even when I did…” I was sobbing now; I couldn’t help it.
“Well, uh. I-we should get going if we wanna beat the traffic. A-and you guys don't wanna be late to your movie do you?” I said as I opened the passenger door to my car waiting for Camila to get in. She walked over to her friends and told the all, individually, bye, before walking over to me and giving a weak smile before getting into my car. The ride to the hospital was as awkward as the greeting. I looked over at me every once in awhile to see if she was ok, and a few times I tried to talk to her, but she would just glare at me and shoot down any attempts I made to start a conversation. I don’t think she meant to be rude, she just has a lot going on in her head that she’s trying to figure out. I saw a tear roll down her cheek so I put my hand in hers, letting her know that I was here for her, then it wasn’t so awkward and comfortable silence fell until we got to the
One boundless power in our universe is the power of love, which rips down barriers and creates a world where everything is in harmony. Love’s immense strength can be portrayed throughout literature. In Shakespeare's play, Romeo and Juliet, and John Green’s book, Fault in Our Stars, the theme that love overpowers everything is conveyed throughout the pages. In Shakespeare’s play, two-star crossed lovers fall in love despite the quarrel of their families. In John Green’s book, two cancer-stricken teenagers fall in love despite their limitations. The theme of love overpowering everything is evident in both stories through the external conflicts that failed to prevent their love, the lovers going great lengths to see each other, and deaths of the other lover.
Luv smiled. Rick wanted nothing more than to make her happy, at least in bed. In her heart, she knew she wasn’t ready for another serious relationship and he wasn’t either. Why did she have to pigeonhole it, name and analyze it? She told herself he cared for her. He'd said as much. It was kind of sexy thinking of herself as his mistress or lover. Once you give yourself a label like girlfriend or fiancee' there's list of expectations and responsibilities that come with it. She’d often told women to feed their partner’s fantasies if they were within reason. This was within reason. Lover was much sexier than the other labels. No baggage either. The only expectation was that of pleasure. Before now she hadn't considered herself a live in the moment
There was a lot of crying outside. He said he didn’t know what he was doing, I said I understood and that it wasn’t fair that they were so hard on him. I said that it wasn’t fair, because I had stood up for all of them, even when they were wrong. That that’s what family meant to me. Our conversation continued with crying and more irrational anger on my part, and then his siblings walked outside to us, blinking back and forth between us.
This little reunion brought tears to her eyes, because there has always been inevitable drama amongst our family. It has been years since she saw her family uniting together as one. On a night that seems so peaceful and fun, something tragic happened. But like always, no one’s life is perfect and this was the big turning point in my life.
I flung my weight against the handle of my red wagon. The giant container of mustard was the heaviest thing I have ever encountered. It didn’t matter how heavy this mustard was though because I had to get it to the park. As the sweat poured down my face, all I could think about was the bet that I had made with my best friend Tera. After losing multiple games of Scrabble, I wanted to win something too. This is when I decided to bet Tera that I could eat more mustard than she could. I knew Tera hated mustard as much as I did, so she wouldn’t have the advantage like always. This would be an easy win, and I could finally prove to her that I could be successful too.
“Your right, if we want our son back we need to be prepared for anything,” says mrs. white.
There was a tribe that once walked the earth just like any other, but now they fly. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Larry and Marge were madly in love only Marge's father forbid to love because Larry and Marge were born in the same track. March is Father Morty was the leader of their Tribe Called Apotee and the Apotee dislike the Kaketee. Morty believe that having Forbidden Love was like not here to the heart and Larry's father believe that betray was a way of son would show disrespect to his mother and father. Both being disrespectful and having an impure heart or set to their Doom. (Dun dun dun dun!) Marge was to be burnt at the stake so that her heart may be cleansed by the fire and she was able to move on to the afterlife as a pure-hearted person. Larry was to Get Stoned by everyone in the town. Larry and Marge made plans and the night before their rooms and decided that they would run away together.
I know, I know, everybody writes about a love story. However, this one wasn’t a love story from the beginning. We all seem to be in search of that “special someone”, or so they call it. In my experience, it never works through seeking a person out. Ask any married couple that has been together for a while if they found each other by searching for their “type”. It usually doesn’t work that way, love is usually accidental. I, being a prime example of how it starts, will share my story with you.
“Th-thanks,” Lenora hesitated as she quickly tucked her blonde hair behind her ear, “sorry, but how did you know my name?”

eyes, I recognize her sincere love, and my muscles immediately relax. She is impossible to stay angry at for an extended amount of time. I ask a mental prayer of forgiveness—she never deserves the venom of my frustrations. My younger brother breezes by us with an amused, self-assured smirk, his silver bracelet tinkling as he flips a sports coat over his shoulders.
“YOU LET THEM DIE SUZANNE! You didn 't even try for them, probably because you still held a grudge on them! You 're probably that much of a cold heartless bitch!” I kept my face hidden, my teeth were clenched, I didn’t want this to escalate any more that it had. I also don 't want to always be played out as the bad guy.
