     The sport of volleyball was created by a man named William G. Morgan of Holyoke, Massachusetts in 1895. Morgan was a physical education teacher at the YMCA and called it "mintonette". At the beginning of seventh grade, I would always joke around that I would do wrestling, like with all the other guys. Later on that year when wrestling season was starting I decided to sign up. I didn’t know what being in wrestling was going to be like because it would be like nothing I’ve ever done before.

Lupe's first love was the Colonel who was fighting in the Revolution. Everyone in the box canyon believed that the Colonel would steal their gold mine and give it to the Americans. In the game, you must battle trainers and defeat the elite four and champion, along with your rival while stopping evil villains from trying to destroy the world. It is practically impossible to defeat every trainer and Pokemon you encounter without losing, especially the elite four and champion since they are the strongest. This means that you are going to lose, but it’s not the end of everything. Even in real life, things won't go smoothly, as much as we hope it does, but it has helped me learn how to bounce back from such setbacks and showed me that I must keep on doing my best or I won’t be able to achieve my ultimate goal, whether it’s becoming champion and being the best Pokemon trainer, or getting my dream job and becoming a detective or F.B.I agent. If I don’t push myself to overcome these obstacles, I’ll never get anywhere. It has also taught me to be prepared for anything. The game has multiple types for both Pokemon and their moves, and even abilities can affect a battle, which means I need to strategize if I want to be able to win. If I don’t quickly think on my feet, I’ll lose the battle. This has helped me in life by teaching me how to create a strategy in order to achieve my goals, while not thinking too far ahead that I lose myself or others in the

Wrestling and your general life might seem to not have anything in common but if you implement skills like hard work and perseverance you can learn to find success in both. The story ´´The Marble Champ´´ shows this because when Lupe was in the marbles competition it says everybody was easy to beat because she had practiced so hard. Furthermore, after the first time Lupe practiced it got easier every time.´´Practice, practice, practice, squeeze, squeeze, squeeze. The most obvious reason why lupe is determined to her goals is that she is smart, because she always practice and studies that’s why she won so many awards. If I ever got a test I would totally study for a test or quiz. If we think about any game in the world, weather is soccer, chess, or Mario kart, we know that we have to first learn the rules in order to play and win. One can not simply go to a field and start kicking a soccer ball to whatever direction, but he/she has to learn the rules, and to do that, determination and patience is required, but after that, one can be as good or as better than anyone else as he/she wants.

I really love reading your interpretation of El Duende. The part where you stated "The Duende is not inherently good or evil. It is more of a motivator.", I found it to be very true! I think every artist or performer struggles with their own insecurities in their works, so the Duende is really there to push them to excel beyond the physical perfection of their piece.
