I have been preparing to pursue an MBA since my senior year of college. It was during my senior year that I was first introduced to marketing. I had a chance to work with some of the directors of marketing for Georgia Tech and Georgia Tech Athletics. I saw firsthand how they developed strategies and had a chance to participate in some of their digital marketing initiatives. I started researching how the statistics and analytical work I was learning in my undergraduate degree could be used in marketing. I knew that after working for a few years I would pursue an MBA in marketing focusing on analytics and research. I took the GRE my senior year of college and my scores of 156 Q and 152 V were not the strongest, but I adamantly felt that they
I intend to pursue an MBA in Finance. The said concentration will equip me with the relevant skills I require to succeed as a finance director in a reputable organization my long-term career goal. I am certain that with an MBA in finance from a reputable institution like Terry College of Business, I will not encounter any difficulties securing employment in a top firm. This is more so the case given that as the college points out in its website, "our programs not only get you to the table-they keep you there" (Terry College of Business, 2013). For this reason, I am certain that having an MBA in finance from a top business school will jumpstart my career and shepherd it in the right direction.
Based on my interests, I will be applying to the Rutgers University Business School. My transcript, academic interests, and extracurricular involvement reflect a diverse scholastic experience. RBS is the ideal institute to enrich my academic prowess, allowing me to differentiate myself in an increasingly diversifying global economy.
The most important experiences I’ve had in science began when I was a child and have continued through my time as a student researcher at Howard University. My exposure to science in medicine occurred at a young age and on an intimate level. When I was young, I had various health problems asthma, allergies, and eczema; it was as if my body was rejecting the world it was in. My parents immigrated to the United States so their children could have the opportunity to realize our dreams. Every day I think about the hardships they went through and it pushes me, and makes me a better scientist. The challenges I experienced at a young age sparked my initial interest in medicine, but later influenced my decision to pursue MD/PhD. As a child frequently
Even in my youth, I was concerned about the environment and humanity’s impact upon it. That concern developed into an ardent passion to fix or mitigate the issues we are bringing to our world. Thus my resolution to become an environmental engineer was born. However, most schools do not offer this program, and it has considerably narrowed my options. My search has led me to Rensselaer, the first college to establish an accredited Environmental Engineering program. While visiting Rensselaer, I spoke with an environmental engineer major, and she described her research and internship experiences. She specifically mentioned class lessons devoted to water quality. I have been doing research on this topic for the past two years and find it fascinating. Therefore, I was glad to see that I could use class instruction to build upon my prior knowledge. During
Combined BA/MD programs are often singularly focused with an intense pace and rigorous coursework. In my eyes, they are beauteous opportunities, suitable for both my skills and my goals. Being part of a combined medicine program would not only provide me with the motivation to continue challenging myself, but also offer me the freedom to explore my other interests, and in turn receive a more well-rounded foundation for specialist medical training.
The way I see it, business is what ties our world together. From the advertisement of the products on the shelves of supermarkets to the management of the employees who sell them, business is ingrained in every interaction we have. Without business, the world as we know it simply would not exist. I aspire to be an eloquent, well-rounded individual who effectively contributes to society and makes the world a better place, and I believe that pursuing a degree in business is the best way for me to go about achieving that goal. As I look back upon my time in high school, working part-time as a cashier at Scheels All Sports and being the president of my high school’s National Honor Society prepared me to be a dedicated, tenacious, well-spoken student in the Wisconsin BBA Program and future business professional.

My main goals behind receiving an MBA at this point in my life are dual. First, I would like to further my business education, and to pursue other areas of finance. I have come to this conclusion after many years of introspection and realizations about where my career is, and where I would like to be. With getting my MBA, my hope is to join a prominent finance organization with the ultimate goal of
The vision that I have for my future and career is a positive one. I started my MBA program at GCU with a positive attitude, determination to stay in the program and complete it successfully. My desire and vision after I complete my program is to take up a new challenge of starting my own small business in the area of non-medical Care Giving Services. This business will give me a great deal of opportunities to utilize all that I’ve learnt throughout my program. Through the small business that I’m looking to set up, I will have the opportunity to offer quality Care Giving Services to clients who have disabilities of one form or another. Not all clients get the quality care that they deserve in the care giving business, so I will focus on rendering loving and compassionate care that will make life easier for our clients. The services rendered and our core values will be in the best interest of the clients.
As a student at Colorado College, I have been most interested in molecular biology and education. Delving deeper into both fields of study as my time in college has passed, I view the world in different way. Attending a liberal arts school, has given me countless opportunities to question how the world operates through a biological and educational perspective. Going to school in Copenhagen, I can put my own education into perspective and better understand how it effects and shapes my life.
I understand that doing MBA is not an easy job; it requires lot of hard work. It is not simply learning theory and writing it in exam paper. In fact, it is a field that prepares you for the practical world of business. Therefore, I will have to do a lot more than simple learning; which will be going to different organizations for interviews, preparing thesis, designing marketing campaigns, doing internships and a lot more.
Many diverse experiences have helped to shape my professional marketing career. These positions range from promoting Broadway shows, to marketing at the global children's entertainment brand Pokémon, and managing a girl’s brand called My Princess Academy. While my professional experiences have provided me with a strong real world foundation, I feel that in order to pursue my goal of managing a major entertainment brand, I require the knowledge and training afforded by an MBA program. I am confident that my professional experiences coupled with an MBA will help me achieve a vibrant career in marketing management.
According to the company profile explained in section 1.1, and the project definition process explained in section 1.2, three personal expectations and one client expectation were clearly defined and discussed with Hilti recruiters as part of the summer internship scope. “There are three forms of visual art: Painting is art to look at, sculpture is art you can walk around, and architecture is art you can walk through”— Dan Rice, American entertainer. People can explain architecture in various ways. But I would like to interpret it as the combination of art & science or the expression of human creative skills. From my childhood I have had a fascination in paintings, sketching or something creative.Mostly, I loved to visualize spaces, people activities & presented the imagination through the brush strokes & colors. From that vibe I intend on pursuing such a field of graduation which can be a broader canvas of art related to the society, people & environment. From the core of my heart, I feel “Architecture” as the best option which can fulfill my dream, reflect my emotion & thoughts. My under graduation from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology has provided me with a strong & comprehensive background in architecture. When I started exploring it in the depth of the field, I figured out my intensive interests & dedication in “Landscape Architecture”!

I am also interested in developing applications of signal and image processing using machine learning methods.
