Every team member will be respectful of each other’s opinions and carefully consider all points of view. Everyone is expected to attend meetings. However, if a team member is unable to attend a meeting, they must notify every member two hours prior to the meeting. Any required material expected from the absent team member must be done prior to the meeting.

There are a few boundaries within this group which include: time, space, and role boundaries. Time boundaries consists of being responsible for your punctuality and respecting that, once the door of the facility is closed then you have missed that night of group. Also respecting the time of your group leader and group members, and the number of days you attend the group. In this particular group the designated meeting time is Mondays from 6:30pm-7:30pm. In the environment today, it is not unusual to see people working in teams to accomplish certain goals and tasks. During our youth, parents and teachers encourage us through various methods to work as part of a team. Atmosphere during the meeting was friendly and thank to this that all team members knew each other from daily meetings effective communication was easily achieved. However, there was a few problems.
