Last Tuesday, I participated in a Yoga aerobics class at Algonquin College. The class was very full and lasted from 12:05pm to 1:00pm. The aerobics room was located on the second floor, beside the gymnasium. The materials we used were yoga mats, blocks for assistance, and wraps also for assistance. My materials and spot were located furthest to the left of the instructor. My instructor, whose name is Roberta, would guide us through the class with instructions and demonstrations.
