Microsoft Corporation is an American multinational technology company with its headquarters in Redmond, Washington. The company basically deals in developing, manufacturing, licenses, supports and sells computer software, consumer electronics, and personal computers and services. Microsoft is well known for its software products like Microsoft windows line of operating systems, Microsoft window suit and internet explorer web browser. Research shows that Microsoft is the largest world’s soft ware maker and one of the most variable companies in the whole world. The company was founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen in the year 1975, 4th of April with an aim of developing and selling basic interpreters. Microsoft Corporation has based its mission on empowering every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more. It has also set its strategy to achieve its mission by building the best-in-class platforms and productivity services for a mobile-first cloud-first company. Some of Microsoft workers enjoy the best treatments, however other employees exist outside of these privileged class. The company has a policy called `permatemp’ employees. These are employees working for years with Microsoft but don’t receive any employee benefits like medical benefits and others. The company also uses forceful retention tactics where by employees that want to leave the company are sued in away to prevent departure. Microsoft historically has been found of overworking employees. It provides nearly everything for its employees in a convenient place but in return over work them to a point it can affect their health. Providing a conducive working environment is one of the basic ethical codes of every company that Microsoft should have taken into
