It also benefits both their education and the physical aspect because they stay active and learn new things that they might not have know about. Also, it gives them time to zone out and relax after all the hard work they had to do. Despite the fact, kids need the exercise. Of course, if the USA doesn’t want to have one of the highest percentage of overweight kids then they need to have recess in middle school. Kids need to burn all those calories that they just consumed. A lot of kids are getting unhealthy foods for lunch. Kids don’t burn calories off if they just sit on a chair all day and do nothing.
