My Application Essay

Being staff is very inportant to me. I love helping out on the server as much as I can. I would love to be staff because I can be on so much. I love to help people with whatever they need help with. I love managing the server and helping other people with their problems. I understand I just joined this server, and people may not think I know a lot of stuff, but I do. Right now I am staff on another server (Trial Mod, the rank before mod) and I love helping out on there. But just because I am staff on there, doesn't mean I can't be active on here. So what if I dont get accepted as staff, because I still am going to play on this server as much as possible and I will continue to help people and chip in on problems and situations.

My passion for mathematics was fixed at the age of ten, on the morning that my mathematics teacher told I would be sitting the Junior Maths Challenge, 'as practice for when you are older'. As I nervously started to answer the questions, a whole world began to open before me. I revelled in the problem solving, answering questions of a nature I had not seen before. My teachers were delighted when I emerged from the exam hungry for more. Since then I have consistently demonstrated my aptitude, achieving gold awards through to senior level, and scoring highly in the European Kangaroo.

I understand well that being a Staff means serious business so when a matter is at hand i will take care of it I'm an easy-going and laid back type of person who can get along with anyone overall I think I could create a better environment without as many hackers or toxic players as being staff I am also very active on the forums I have always wanted to apply for staff but I knew I was not mature enough yet but I finally am and I am more than willing to help this community in any way I can I know this sounds really cheesy But I really do love Maplecraft and I hate to see how the community has turned out So if i get accepted as helper i will be dedicating all of my time to the

I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact

I would love to be staff on this server because I have been playing on the server for two days and already I love the people they are so nice and respectful, but there are the few that are on when staff is not and they break rules or say hurtful things and are not punished for it and that is one of the reasons I would like to join is to make sure the people who want to have fun are capable of doing so with out the

If someone asked me where I am going to be in ten years, this would be my answer. I will have a great, high-paying job, and beautiful wife and family, and a nice sports car parked in front of my lovely house. When I look into the future, I see myself being successful and happy. Even though I always pictured myself this way, I never worried too much about how I would get there. I feel the Suffolk University can lay the groundwork for making these dreams into reality.

I would like to become a staff of this server because I love watching people have fun meeting new friends and just having fun but... There are bad sides to this... There are hackers. So I think that I have what it takes to become a helper and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an unpleasent place to be I believe I can fix this. I am on minecraft a lot because I am a no-life I am on this server a lot too. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever (which it already is). I also, as mentioned before, have a LOT of experience screen sharing people and I think that there are not currently enough staff on this great server. There are also few staff on-line in my time zone, meaning that hackers can get away with hacking during English day time, and I wish to fix this by becoming staff and helping out.

After choosing to study Business Studies as one of my GCSE options as a bit of a random choice, I quickly fell in love with the subject. I really love the enjoyment of learning about what goes into running a business behind closed doors and what goes on within all the different functions operating within a business.

I want to become staff because it was a dream of mine and there are not many staff online when i am on. Some staff have recommended me to becoming a staff member also. I have thought about this for a while and finally decided to apply for staff. When staff aren't on i help the players who need help such as telling them what they need to do and the commands. It is annoying for me and other players when someone is spamming a server ip no staff are on at the moment. Just today someone was advertising and no staff member was on at the time and I took screen shots of the person advertising and got them

I just want to show potential in my abilities of being a Staff member and to tell you how I want to become Staff member and my past experiences! I will keep mean people, hacker, advertiser, out of mapper and spammer away from the HCF server (OxPvP). I see many players insulting each other or saying 'hacker ' because they died. When I help the player they often take me not seriously and insult me too or they say things like 'You aren 't mod '. I know, that doesn 't give them the right to insult someone but If I get the Moderator status I would take action against them and warn them. I want to become staff for another few reasons, I think that your server has a lot of potential the owner i've seen seems very VERY dedicated to make the server grow! The server has already got a few players but I'm offering triple maybe quadruple that! I want to be staff since your server will grow, It will grow and i want to say i was on this server since the start! I want to become staff on the server to help players if they're having a problem. If there was any hackers in the server and wasn't any other staff members I would take a screenshot send it to a discord chat etc and temp ban for 30 days. After 30 days is passed and the player that was banned joins back and decides to hack again he/she get's a perm ban. If I don't get accepted I wouldn't get angry at them because that is just disrespectful and I don't want to give them hate when they're doing a really nice job on their server. I don't like abusing commands because it's just stupid and it's pathetic so I wont abuse commands to other neutral players. If a player is spamming I will mute them for 15 minuets, after 15 minuets are passed and the player continues to spam he will get an extra 15 minuets muted.
