After I did all my plans, love is the one last thing that I want to do. I want to make my own family with my “lovey dovey” husband someday. I want to get married with the right guy that loves me the most and he can do everything just to make me feel happy and special. And a man never leave by my side and who always there to protect me and I feel safe on his arms. I want to have my own children also a boy and a girl. I wish I could have my own happy family and living our lives to the fullest. As a consequence, before to achieve my goals I need to study first and do the job training how to become a registered nurse. Also, there is much more test and task that I should make and
For as long as I can remember, I've always aspired to become a nurse, a healthcare professional who is always helping patients receive the highest quality care and compassion. As a young child I was often in and out of the hospital, I'd received treatment after treatment and I found myself fatigued by the end of it all. However, receiving high quality care and genuine concern from the nurses made the experience much less excruciating. After I'd learned about that profession as a child I felt that I wanted to do the same for others as those nurses had done for me. Caring for those in need became a passion of mine, and because I know how it feels to be sick in the hospital,
As a student of psychology, my career assessments test showed me many options for my career goal path. For starters, my career interest profile results are broken into six main categories which are: social, artistic, investigative, enterprising, realistic, and conventional. According to my results, my career matches are as followed: preschool, primary, secondary, and special education teacher. I am 28% social, 22% artistic, 17% investigative, 11% enterprising, 10% realistic, and 9% realistic. According to my Phoenix results, the salary ranges in this area between $18,140 - $57,530. I generally believed that I have a more noteworthy degree as a social person which ended up being substantial. Individuals who are social likes to help individuals in instructing, giving a restorative guide, giving data for the most part, avoids utilizing machines, devices, and animals to accomplish an objective. Moreover, people who are social is awesome at teaching, exhorting, nursing, or giving information; values people and dealing with social issues; and sees self as to be helpful, welcoming, and dependable. My profession normally includes working with, speaking with, instructing individuals, and causing or giving administration to others. However, my results also showed me other community and social service specialist that also may be in my interest such as health educator, youth counselor, and mental health / behavioral counselor.

Nursing is an excellent career choice, where an individual acquires great gratitude while attending to others necessities. If someone is constantly trying to improve themselves and wanting to be challenged in life, “as nurses, we face tremendous challenges and often see and do things that are extraordinary” (Ulrich xix). By becoming a registered nurse the individual will make a difference. My ambition is to graduate St. Francis College as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in the upcoming years. Although majoring in nursing will not be easy, I feel I am prepared for the challenge. At this time in my life I cannot see myself majoring in anything else. As a young girl, with a mother working in the medical field, I was always fascinated going to work with her. Working in a doctor’s office these past two and a half years myself has given me much experience with patients and has made it more to clear to me that this is what I want to pursue as a career. I wish to be a nurse because I seem to get a feeling of warmth and internal satisfaction when helping those in need. I have begun to learn that medicine is not the only cure for people’s ailments. It is the care they receive by those around them whether it is in a hospital, nursing home, or even their own home. This is where I believe that I can make a great difference in people 's lives by helping them recover.
Going to college has been a dream of mine growing up. I am the first ever in my family to go to college but figuring out how to pay for it has been a challenge. I desire to achieve my academic and career goals and this scholarship can help me succeed in my journey.
The career I plan on pursuing is a registered nurse. I want to become a registered nurse so I can help the people who really need help. Registered Nurse has a positive trend. They have big responsibilities, like making sure the patients get their right medicine, and by having the right treatment they need. Registered nurses work for hospitals, medical clinics, and schools etc. Registered nurse can work in different kinds of establishments. Nurses have flexible schedules. Nurses have the opportunity to interact with the patients. I want to become a nurse so I can make a difference in some bodies’ life.
My short-term career goals are to complete nursing school, pass the National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse (NCLEX), and become a registered nurse. I start at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing this fall; I am expected to graduate in the spring of 2018. I am interested in becoming a pediatric nurse at first. My long-term career goals would be to specialize in either pediatrics or neonatal nursing.
My academic goal is to graduate Argosy University with a bachelors degree in Forensic Psychology in three years time. Forensic Psychology is the study of the criminal mind, in a nutshell. The main motivation to achieve this goal would be intrinsic. I love asking questions and knowing the answers as to why people do what they do, and in a criminals case, what led them to committing the crime. This goal, however, may have some extrinsic motivation as well. Being knowledgeable about certain behaviors that criminals poses may help solve or even prevent a crime. In addition, having a degree will help open different paths in life, ones that may present me with greater job opportunities. My attitude toward the learning process will help my achievement of each goal because I am eager, determined and motivated. My greatest desire is to succeed in life, and obtaining an education is one thing I know will help me. I perhaps will need to make some adjustments along my journey. I do not know yet if I will find another educational path that intrigues me the most. For now, I do not feel that any adjustments need to be made.
What are your specific career goals for the future? How does this scholarship fit into your plans to achieve these goals?
I was raised in a military household; both of my parents were in the U.S. Navy. Growing up I was taught proper discipline, a sense of order, and a firm belief in right and wrong. These skills allowed me to be able to conduct my life with a sense of purpose and gave me the confidence to accomplish anything I set my mind to. I myself spent 5 years in the U.S. Navy and I am definitely a better person for it. The military taught me many essential life skills that I feel give me a unique perspective and advantage when it comes to accomplishing my goals. The military taught me self-discipline and instilled high standards for everything I do. I learned teamwork and leadership skills, stress management, and global awareness. The military teaches you
I chose to pursue a career in healthcare because I love to help those that don’t have the luxury as other people have. I am very interested in becoming a Doctor of Nursing Practice in order to help people as greatly as possible. Those who advance in that specific career receive many responsibilities like providing patient care, development policies, and conducting research. I have favored this career because I like helping people who occasionally don’t have the benefits as other people have. There were two events that made me know for sure that I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare like nursing.
My career goal is to become a United States Marine. I chose this path to my future at a young age, of course I grew up like a normal kid wanting to become an astronaut, police officer, fireman or teacher, but I knew that a future in the armed force was for me. I think that I will be very successful in my career choice, why ? because i'm very competitive and I love a challenge and that's exactly what the USMC gives you. Growing up I had multiple military experiences, my uncle was in the navy and growing up with my cousins we would always pretend we were in the armed force whether it was the Air Force, Army or Navy we did it. I attended my first ROTC summer camp 3 years ago as a flat source to make sure that this was for me. And now I play the
My long-term career goal is to start my own business that provides marketing research data and marketing strategies to minority owned small businesses beginning in Philadelphia. Typically, minority-owned companies do not have the resources or finances to perform in-depth analysis on their consumer and develop advanced marketing strategies for their companies. By providing this data analytic service I hope to grow the profitability of each company while also strengthening their core consume base. I choose to focus on minority owned businesses to bring more economic opportunities to communities in Philadelphia that are typically overlooked or forgotten. Prior to opening my own business, I require experience in the field of Marketing Research specifically within Consumer Goods. By obtaining a position as Marketing Research Manager at a top firm (similar to Ipsos or Nielsen), I will gain experience in not only data analysis and research techniques but also a more in-depth view into how larger companies leverage marketing research data to strengthen their companies. Experience in the Consumer Goods industry, will give me the flexibility to
