I have watched several movies and read a handful of books throughout my sixteen years of life, but I myself have never found a more superior hero in my life than my mom. Maybe heroes are difficult to find, but I found mine when I was born. My mom, Amber Wilder, has done the impossible. While working a full time job, and having four kids my mom has managed to get her masters degree.
For this and many other reasons my mom was my hero. She was tough, but also compassionate. Driven, but also fun and funny. Competitive, but also
As I have recently sat down with my grandmother, Mary, I asked her questions about a hero and herself being a hero. My grandmother has such an impact on me in daily life along with being a personal hero to me. She is such an inspiration to me in so many ways that I could never think of taking for granted. I chose my grandmother as my hero because of obstacles I have faced, she was the one to show me the love and support I was in need of at the time.
I don’t have a particular hero, I admire people that give their lives to help others and I try honor them with my respect. I loved my parents so dearly and I always talk about them to my children. My mother, before married, was very devoted to Jesus that wanted to be a nun, she already had her hair cut, but my grandpa didn’t allow it. As a mother she was always for her husband and us. My father was an orphan of dad at a young age, and his brothers wanted him to work with them in the mountain. He always worked hard and took care of his family, and learned a new profession, working with bridge builders, but he loved gardening. After my mom passed away, he never got married, but he only cared for his four children. When I was sick of pneumonia,
My hero doesn't wear a cape, or have her own comic book. My hero has helped me though almost 3 years of going to middle school, by doing the simple of saying hello to everyone she sees, and showing me how to be positive. My hero is my 6th grade science teacher, Diana Kuras, or as I call her Mrs. Kuras.
Even though my mom is not here with me on earth but she is here in sprit she is still until this day my hero she taught me a lot while she was here on earth and I will never for get that she was the one told me to go back to school I know it took some years but I went back and got my high school diploma and I did that made me feel real good that I can do anything if I put my mind to it.
We all have heroes, some are fictional like Superman, Batman, or Abraham Lincoln. My hero is, my dad. Ever since I was born, I have lived mainly with my dad. When I was a kid, me and my dad lived in Florida. On the weekends we would go out boating. Crystal clear water all around, the smell of the sea filling your nose, the not as pleasant taste of salt water in your mouth. Going out on the ocean was the best part of being there. When we moved we lost all that. We went to Greybull, Wyoming, a small town where my father grew up. I made a few friends and we all had lots of fun together. My dad was usually working, fixing the house or out on a job. Most of the time he took me with him and I helped out. During the winter we would go out to the
Whether it’s a parent, teacher, local police officer, or a fictional character, almost every person has someone they look up to. For me, my heroes are my parents. My mother and father have always been very kind people, they are very supportive and caring towards everyone they know. They make sure to put everyone else before themselves, especially when it comes to my family. I very much admire their ability to be selfless. When someone is in need my parents are always there to save the day. I will always remember the days I spent helping my mom sort through our old belongings and donating them to children in need, or helping my dad take care of his mother and father in their old age. Helping others is very important to me and I really value anyone who has the ability to help the less fortunate. I believe my parents choice to help others is why they are such huge heroes in my
My hero is Nan White Payne, or my mother. She is my hero because she has a such a huge significance on my life. Everything she does is for me and my sister. She prepares dinner for us, makes sure the house is immaculate, provides us with everything we need , and has a profession that makes sure we live the life that we live. She even gave up a promotion when I was younger to make sure that I was taken care of. She is very warm-hearted, attentive, and understanding. She always listens to my problems and help me solve them even when she doesn’t really have the time to. She also advises me to do certain things to make sure I don’t offend anyone or make them upset. These are some of the many reasons why my mom is my hero.
Of course my mom was my hero, why was that even a question. She is the one person who has always been there for me and stuck up for me but there is one thing that gives
We all have a hero growing up. The most familiar heroes are in comic books or movies, but to some people, some heroes mean a lot to them. Some heroes may be family members or close friends. My heroes are my mom and dad. The reason I chose my parents is that they are the most hard-working, dedicated, and buoyant people I have ever seen.
My heroes are my Girl Scout leaders. They've always been there for when times get rough and inspired me to do many great deeds. Things like cleaning our Earth and that I can make a difference in the whole world.
My mom is my hero because she is so involved in our lives in and outside the house. She makes sure we have good clothes for school and school supplies. Whenever we there is school
Until very recently, nearly all superheroes have been men. From spiderman to batman to superman, the protagonist and the hero is always a super masculine figure. Just recently, society has realized the lack of feminine figures in terms of being a hero or a heroine and has started to make movies about Wonder Woman and Black Widow. In this sense, I like to think of myself as an original thinker. Since I was a child, my mom has been one of my biggest heroes. She represents every quality that one would assign to a typical hero. Short of swooping me from falling off of a skyscraper, she has done nearly everything that a hero could possibly do. She has motivated and inspired me to chase my goals and push through every form of adversity that gets in between me and those goals. It is because of these qualities that I am the person I am today and I have accomplished the things that I have.
When asked to tell about my hero the first person, or in my case persons that came to mind were my parents. My parents had a raised their family, even had two grandchildren, but that was not enough for them, they adopted my sister and I and started all over again.
Have you ever thought or even considered who your hero was? I never really took this into huge consideration or even thought hard about it. I realized my hero is closer and more real than I expected. My heroes are my adopted parents. They took my sister and me into their already big family, so we could have a better life. This shows me that there are great and unselfish people out there. Hero’s come in all different forms and change your life for the better.
