For instance, when an individual tries to work on something for several times, he or she is capable of learning one or two things about that particular thing he or she was trying to learn. The individual may learn about the weakness of that particular thing he or she was working on and as a result the individual successful identifies how to handle or manage that particular thing. Just because you take this test online and it says that you are one hundred percent auditory learner doesn’t mean you can’t learn other ways. Learning styles can help you discover more creative ways for you to remember a topic or specific details. How Amy made a poster it helped her present her topic but also helped her learn and remember her topic. By writing it down and being creative you will remember the topic a lot better. After completing the self assessment on learning styles it gave back my results that stated my style was 45% auditory, 15% visual, and 40% tactile. In the past I've always relied on all three of these types of learning styles. I do not believe the results are inaccurate because through past experience, I noticed that I learned a lot when I combined the auditory and tactile learning styles. I feel that when an instructor is giving information, I am able to retain more information hearing it. I do believe that it depends on the subject that is being studied.
