What is bullying? Bullying is what almost every human has experienced. Bullying is something that everyone cannot stop. There is someone always saying something or doing something that is making people cry, to hate themselves, or even to the point of pushing them farther than some know. This topic is hard to talk about considering the fact it is still happening. We have tried to stop it, but we cannot stop people, but we can try.
Bullying is making fun of someone for something they have done or just something in general. The simplest stuff that some may think is a joke at that time, that person could take to heart. Someone could make fun of someone having non-banned shoes or clothes, and that person only wishes they had what some of their friends might have. People will pick on someone for the littlest thing, and some people can just blow it off, but then there are the others that cannot.
Bullying has become worse in this generation with the technology we have today. With the iPhones, the laptops, the tablets people can just sit behind a wall; and that wall being behind a screen. The bully could be hundreds of miles away, and they could affect the most. That person does not have to see the person they are bullying. They do not have to see that person becoming self-conscious, they do not have to see them cry, and they do not have to see them becoming unhappy. People do not realize the damage words can do. Bullying can take the form of physical contact, words or more subtle actions” (Bullying, 2013). People bully each other for several reasons and there are different outcomes that are a result of those reasons. People can be bullied physically, emotionally, or verbally. Bullying can take place at school or online. Bullying should be a considered a crime, but kids get away with it all the time; furthermore prevention can be used in order to keep kids safe from bullying.
What is bullying? According to Merrium-Webster dictionary bullying is abuse and mistreatment of someone vulnerable by someone stronger, more powerful. A bully doesn’t stop after mistreating someone one time, they constantly do it until someone stops them. A bully is usually bigger and taller than the kid they are picking on. As a matter of fact, We need to stop the bigger kids from picking on the little kids because no one deserves to be bullied. The only reason why the bigger kids pick on the smaller kids is because they don’t have a good home life and that’s how they get attention, because at home they don’t have anyone to give them attention.

There is for different types of bullying, cyber, physical, verbal, and emotional. Thousands of people get bullied daily. Children and young adults have been harming themselves because of it. But, bullying is not just name calling, it is also teasing, spreading rumors, leaving someone out on purpose, or talking about someone or hurting someone. Bullies act mean and hateful towards others with no good reason other than liking the sense of power and control they have over others. Hurting someone makes a bully feel good about his actions. A bully does not see that his behavior is not only hurting his victim in the moment but it is also creating permanent damage to its victims. With the internet so accessible nowadays bullying has increase in a whole new level.
