How the structure of an organisation is arranged depends on the company´s strategy and objectives. Organisational structure has a hierarchical nature. It is the specification of lines of authority and main tasks of an organization and it´s subjects. The structure provides an information about the main responsibilities and roles assigned to the particular elements of the organisation. Nestlé is organized around the geographic zones. The main reason is that consumers´ requirements and marketing strategies vary worldwide. The effort of the company to balance geography with products also describes Nestlé as having alternatives of a matrix structure. In order for the Nestlé Corporate Business Principles to be successful within the organization. The business would have to have a branch that oversees the code of conduct of each division that Nestlé owned. The branch would have to be responsible for implementing an effective plan that will train every individual in the organization. The group would also have to create health checks and a strong ethical compliance program that would standardize the way Nestlé Corporate Business Principles would be viewed.
