Goals
1. We expect all members to attend all the meetings unless proper communication was done
2. At meetings we are straight to the point therefore we do not waste each other’s time
3. Everyone will participate equally
4. Everybody will put forth their best work on the tasks assigned
5. We will try to schedule meetings when everybody is available (in the case we can’t we inform the missing members)
6. We will be there on time to the meetings (see meetings)
7. We would like to agree on our decisions when possible (see decision making)
Leadership/Tasks Assigned: Unless changes are needed to be made Todd McKinney will stay the team leader through the entire simulation. New leaders will be voted by as an entire group. Roles will be assigned at the meetings based on strengths and weaknesses. Roles may eventually be determined before the meetings in the agenda which would be sent out by the leader or time keeper/secretary.
Decision Making: We would like to try to make a consensus on the subject. Therefore, the group will discuss all possible solutions. After discussing all possible solutions and

However, sometimes events just simply cannot be attended due to circumstances. Therefore, when not attending a meeting the person must give ten minitue’s notice (unless an emergency occurs, in this type of event the subject should still give some kind of notice and will be discussed by the other team members to determine if event is punishable). If the group feels that the group doesn’t necessarily need to meet (must be unanimous decision) the discussion may be made over GroupMe or other forms of social media, which will be determined by the group. However, group meetings should occur on Tuesday at 6:00 in the library. There will be a 5-minute grace period, after that occurs, an appropriate punishment will be given. Leaders should be there 10 minutes in advance to
Perhaps there is a problem with their meeting times and as a group, then can collectively compromise.
In the simulation my role was to complete categories eight, nine, and ten. I also had the responsibility of creating the logo, the basic template and sharing a Google Slide so everyone can input their information for our presentation. I was pretty much prepared for the role because I am usually the one who takes the role of implementing the different technology tools in my project. I was provided with deadlines and I completed those tasks before the deadline was reached. The workload was pretty equitable everyone did three categories and certain members had extra tasks.
Every first Monday of each month is mandatory for each member from each show to attend the meeting and every Monday after that at least one member from each team has to be there. If You do not come to your meeting or if you
The meetings will be mandatory for all staff. Rachel suggested that the managers schedule staff to attend meetings. A concern was mentioned regarding PRN staff and attendance. Morry suggested that a PowerPoint presentation be prepared and the Sr. Leadership team present to those staff members.
I am attempting to set up at least 2 more meetings for this school year. There is some training that comes along with this process and I believe that will be the focus when we meet next. We are shooting for February 9th or 10th, and then again on April 11th or 12th. Let me know if you foresee any problems with these dates and/or if you have any preferences.
Since Spring Break is right around the corner, I am in the process of trying to set up a meeting for our group this week or during the beginning of next week. This meeting will be mandatory, so that everyone can receive the details of the trip and get to meet each other. I was wondering what times people are available?
Based on the discussion of the board, one can predict that the decision problem has been identified through the questions put to the board for a vote. Decision problems are problems that require yes or no answers. In the case of Aliesha State College, the meeting by the board was held to find solutions to managing the college on a slashed budget. After deliberations, the board would be forced to arrive at decision problems where they can vote. Based on the votes the board can decide on the appropriate action to be taken. Deliberations and a final vote is the best way of identifying the decision problems and taking a stand in support of or against the problem. There was a unanimous agreement by the board that the college should drop a few programs
The group I was part of first was the simulation group. The role I was suppose to play was Coordinator. Although I wasn't sure I played the part well, as I wasn't sure how play as one to be quite frank.
DOL Team will not have our week DUB meeting next week, however the plan is we will brief the DCO during that time slot.
Their decision making process consisted of two hour meetings on Mondays, where all the 13 members met and spent the first one hour discussing and reviewing issues, updating each other on key projects and presentations about new plans. The second half was spent on in- depth discussion of a particular topic. The stages of decision making
This conclusion was made after carefully analyzing, deliberating and discussing the case at hand within the group.
The decision is to select an action among a number of actions that solves a given problem, that prevents a problem from happening, or that forces to apply new ideas for development. The need for understanding decision making process is increasing because the complexity of modern organizations is increasing, and because the modern organizations' effectiveness depends on the decisions made by the managers. The question is how to select the most appropriate action to solve the problem satisfying all stakeholders.
Agreement seeking: Consensus decision-making is the process in which it seeks a general or a full agreement. When an organisation agrees to use consensus they set themselves the target of producing as much of an agreement as possible. Different organisations might different rules of decisions, such as the benchmark for how much of an agreement is required to finalise a decision. However, all groups that use the process of consensus strive to ensure that it reaches a full
