Communication will be done by adding the instruction of instruction to install a demand meter to the New Meter Connection Procedure, and by Manager and Supervisor enforcing the policy. Item will remains open and is assigned to Mr. Eliazar Perez and Arnulfo Mejia.  Id 55, Define policy for pending service orders due to unreleased permits o Service Orders will be kept for 6 months before sending them back to the Customer Service Department for cancellation or rescheduling. Note. Policy will be included on the existing work instructions document. (Task assigned to Sergio Delgadillo)  Id 56, Define process to follow up with customer when installation does not meet BPUB service standards. o The new meter connection department will follow up with the customer twice within an eight weeks period, subsequently the service orders will be send to the Customer Service Department for cancellation or rescheduling.
