I have checked the two sentences in question in two different online grammer checkers and neither have any errors. The only error returned by either site was "policy" should have been "the policy", however we use 'policy' alone often in internal and external communications, so I think it is correct as written. The grammar quiz on numbers was the most confusing for me so far. While I was working on this quiz I had to refer back our book, The Gregg Reference Manuel several times to help myself correctly finish the worksheet. After Finding out that I need a lot more work in numbers, I’m going to repeat this work sheet at least one more time before moving on to the next week. Hoping that this will help me feel a little more at ease with this section. I still struggle with all grammar but each time while writing I’m becoming more a wear of my mistakes.

Impact of Current Political climate on English Language Learners Students and funding in the public school.
I propose to you a case study on a pre-kindergarten English language learning student through qualitative research. My goal was to find out if he faces any problems with regards to his behavior, academic progress and attitudes towards his teachers, classmates and parents. His name is David and just recently came to the United States from Russia about two years ago. He has a complicated time understanding what goes on in his environment because of the language barrier. The one positive aspect for David is that my assistant in the class is Russian as well. Even though he has a hardship speaking the English language and understanding his peers, my assistant helps translate words from Russian to English for him and vice versa.
In my second block Accelerated English class, I believe that I deserve at least a B based on my behavior, attendance, and participation. I would like to have faith in the idea that my behavior is pleasing and acceptable. For example, I have never gotten a referral both in English class and in school in general. Although I shout out sometimes, I try my best to not let this happen. I have to admit that my attendance isn't the finest, however I attempt to only miss school if I am sick, and if I am sick and/or absent, I make up my work as quick as I can. Finally, I conclude that my participation is superb. I always complete my work and I strive to do everything I can to secure an excellent grade in English. Therefore, based on my behavior, attendance, and participation in English class, I deserve at least a B.
ASL is more than a language; it is a miracle. I find myself often perplexed by the difficulty that must have come with making a language solely from hands. It is amazing that there was a nationwide speaking of the hands for the deaf community and anyone who is interested to learn can join in easily, but only if they can hoop over some of the languages major challenges. In the article “Why is Learning American Sign Language a Challenge?” by Professor Mike Kent, he discusses the top 5 ASL challenges he has come across.

Thinking about the I search scared me as an underclassman. It baffled me how I was going to write so many pages and gather so much information on just one word. I began thinking of the perfect word that would be so familiar to me that writing this paper would seem effortless. After thinking about it long and hard, I figured it out; courage. I wanted to write about this word because I believe that this word is so powerful and would be interesting to write about. Courage is such an inspiring and motivational word that I was intrigued to find more information on it. This word has also shown itself throughout my life, so I wanted to be able to write about a word that means so much to me. There has been hardship shown in many different ways as i
No doubt, the language in The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian is very vulgar. But that is what identifies Junior’s educated capacity and shows the way he grew up. It expresses his emotions and lets us see how he views life. Offensive vocabulary and profanity surrounds us and it’s something high school students can relate to. In Fuller’s “Some parents seek to ban The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, Chicago Tribune, a local named Whitehurst says “Like it or not, that is the way 14-year-old boys talk to each other.” Fuller also adds the opinion of, Jennifer Anderson, a parent who thinks the book “is not appropriate for [her] community.” She doesn’t approve of it because she feels that if the book uses profanity and is
Policy is shorthand for 'public policy considerations'. Policy considerations were recognised in the Wilberforce test and the test in Caparo v Dickman.
In an effort to gain useable and positive feedback from English language learners, teachers must use ongoing assessments. Whereas standardized tests only give information on students during a certain part of the year, ongoing assessments will allow teachers to monitor students’ progress throughout the year. Informal assessments are very beneficial in monitoring the progress of students. One type of informal assessment is the use of role playing. During role playing, students are given opportunities to speak in English dealing with different situations. This assessment will let the teacher observe how well the student is comprehends the scenarios and how they respond to them. This type of assessment is effective because it allows students to put the English language into use increasing their English
