Since I am a very new student, I don’t have enough information regarding the current performance of PGSA and the challenges it faces. I understand that the current website is still under construction and I believe that accelerating its deployment and improving overall functionality will greatly improve current and new members
PSAs are not worth the cost. In the passage, PSAs: Not Worth the Cost, states "Moralist say that the subject matter of PSAs is something that parents and guardians should be teaching children." I think its something their parents should teach their child about inappropriate and illegal things because their parents are someone they can trust and not someone they don't know. Its important to learn from somebody you trust.
As I reflect on each of these PGE’s I am able to see areas in which I would be able to continue to enhance my professional growth. I don’t think I would make any changes to my professional growth experiences because everything I have experienced has brought me to where I am now. I do see opportunities for additions and next steps that will allow me
Nightingale Community Hospital identified a recent sentinel event involving the ambulatory surgical center. The patient and her mother went to the pre-operative area to complete the informed consent and the necessary physical assessment. The pre-operative nurse obtained the necessary contact
Product production comes with many types of costs. Four of the most common costs are prevention costs, appraisal costs, internal failure costs and external failure costs. These four costs are called quality costs and are costs that all businesses that produce products will pay. The amount of money that will go to each cost is dependent on the amount spent on the other costs. In other words, an increase in one type of cost can result in a decrease in another. Businesses need to understand the nature of each cost in order to understand for which cost to budget.

A. Nurse sensitive indicators are factors that are directly impacted by nursing. There indicators fall into three categories; structure, process and outcomes of nursing care. The structure indicators are the organizational piece of nursing care. These relates to the amount of staff on duty at a given time, how many RN's are on duty and experience level of the staff. I would involve all who concern by starting with the children while understanding the sensitive nature of this group, i.e. their culture, traditions, and values. Increase access to health risk assessments to control high blood pressure and obesity. I would promote, design and plan a program to make eating healthy for the residents who do not have access to affordable options. I would prevent and reduce food insecurities, obesity and diabetes by designing concepts for a healthier and reasonable community.
A team meeting was held at Lutz today with Scott, his parents, this counselor, his teacher Mrs. Shannon, Vice Principle Nick DeVault, acting Principle John Nader, and Transition Coordinator Joe Delegato. The meeting was set to discuss Scott's participation in the STEP program and what his family is looking for when it comes to his MRS case and employment. Scott's teacher feels that STEP isn't necessarily the right placement for him and wanted to discuss this with the team. Scott's parents stated, " we have always felt like Scott has never been in the right placement. He is either to low functioning or two high functioning for the program he is in. We agree that his options need to be explored." His teacher Mrs. Shannon then went on to explain that although Scott does quality work on his sites, is always friendly, and hard working, there are a lot of concerns that are holding him back in the program. Shannon stated, " Scott has trouble staying focused, requires a lot of reminders, wonders a lot, takes a long time to complete a task (2 times the amount needed), is unable to work fast paced or multi-task, can't typically be left alone, and communicates inappropriately at times. Shannon stated that his need for constant supervisor and inappropriate communication is her biggest concern. Shannon stated that Scott often sings My
I found the central tendencies, the 5-point summary and the standard deviation of both of my variables; including for the variable that has data for 2 years. Interestingly, the variables had some common results. However, there were more differences then similarities, as each calculation had a variety of results. For example, variable X I calculated both years (1990 and 2012) and I knew already that each country had major differences between the two, but I think that affected the results in each step (the central tendencies, the 5-point summary and the standard deviation). It is noticeable to see how the mean and median in 1990 is lower than the mean in 2012, and this carried out through the rest of the next calculations. Comparing these findings to variable Y, I see that there is a tremendous
