For my final art project, I created my own version of the popular meme known as “Pepe.” Collecting rare Pepes was a famous trend that took the internet by storm. Though the trend has died down now, I wanted to make my own version to call my own. Since it would be the only one ever created, it would rank among the rarest Pepes ever created. I’ve based my Pepe on one of the first ones ever made, created by artist Matt Furie. If he hadn’t created the Pepe, my final art project would have been completely different. Matt Furie’s art is almost all very colorful and strange, practically abstract. His art way my inspiration for my project. This is very similar to my creation. My Pepe is both colorful and abstract, which I hope enforces my love for colors and randomness. My artist, Matt Furie, was born in 1979 in. He is still alive today. Since to most he is not considered a big artist, his most known works being Feels Good Man and Sad Pepe, it wasn’t easy finding information on him. Based on his art, he seems to be a very creative and strange person. What we know is that he first created the original Pepe, Feels Good Man, in ‘06 in an …show more content…
My influence, Matt Furie, gave me amazing examples of how to use these things in all of his computer creations. I believe I successfully showed this to the audience with the creation of my Pepe. Throughout the project, it was mostly smooth sailing with a few minor bumps in the road with mixing colors and smudging paint. I used the principles of variety, line, shape, contrast and emphasis, and infused them into my project to create something I can describe as magnificent. My favorite thing about the “Rave Pepe” is the silly randomness of the markings, lines and dots spread across his face. To me, the liveliness and energy that I’ve captivated in my project is astonishing. Since there is only one of its kind, my Rave Pepe is truly one of the rarest Pepes of them

In picking a career we need to ask certain questions. Sometimes these questions are hard to answer. Why do I would become a teacher? Who was the most influential person for you? How do you view yourself as a learner? What is your teaching style and why do you feel it is effective?

In the book Pudd’nhead Wilson, a slave woman named Roxy switches her son with her master’s son in their infancy. Interestingly, her black son grows up to be a selfish man, while the true heir remains humble throughout his life. Roxy tries to blame her son’s foolish behavior on his heritage. This situation poses an intriguing question: Is a person doomed to act according to his heritage, no matter how he is raised?
I enjoyed your reading post. These are all the positive aspects of the ACA. Access to quality healthcare is important because it saves lives. Though this law has its challenges it's beneficial for US citizens. Case in point Canada's healthcare system . Every citizen has healthcare and it is paid through taxes. This law also helps medical professionals pay loans and gain scholarships. Some people are saying it's unethical due to the bill of rights. They claim that people living in the US only have rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. How can anyone have these three things if they are in poor health?
This proposal is to help bring to life the Semester on the Appalachain, a semester long expedition on the Appalachian Trail for a group of ten participants, in order to provide an environment that can not be replicated in a typical classroom setting. In the proposal, it will provide research on the benefits of experiential and expedition education, improvement on psychological health, and organizations that run similar programs.

As a result from this discussion, a class list is made on the board describing the types of design elements and how they can be used to create and emotion artwork. When I tell you about Pencey prep, the third boarding school I flunked out of, everything is pretty much the damn same as all the other boarding schools I went to. First off, it is all a bunch of phonies who go there that have a lot of dough and their parents are all rich people who never see their kids. You would think that Pencey prep would serve us good meals; seeing how it is a boarding school. Everyone who goes here is rich and snobby and we get to eat shit half of the week and on Sundays we get a dried up steak with lumpy potatoes to impress our parents on visitors day. The food was not even the worst of the school it was the lying phony kids who stole things and did not have the stones to admit they did it because they are so phony.
As a young child in the years of first to second grade I quickly developed my love for reading. I was never a big fan of the outside world. I thought the world around me was boring and tearing everything/one apart, and thought the adventure inside a book was much more exciting. In my childhood home there was a large bookshelf full of different stories. Most days when getting home I would sit by the shelves in my small pink bean bag chair with numerous children books scattered around me. By endlessly trying and sometimes failing to read my children books such as, the infinite number of Dr. Seuss rhyming stories and Winnie-the-Pooh books I felt comforted by the happy feeling the characters within the stories gave me. The pictures within
After listening to my father's experiences as a child from a family with no college graduates, I have always placed my academic success above everything else. My grandparents worked from morning to night to have food on the table. They made countless sacrifices to provide a better lifestyle for their two boys. My father moved from Mobile, Alabama to Hammond, Louisiana his senior year of high school due to my grandfather's job. Although he resented his parents for a while, he quickly realized it had to be done. Paw Paw was forced to drop out of high school when he was in the tenth grade to help provide for family, which consisted of fourteen children and his single mother. Therefore, he couldn't take the risk of losing his job due to his lack
Edward Willy felt accomplished today. After 30 years of working at the local coffee shop, he can finally feel like he had done something right, that he was proud of. Edward walked across the halls into the field, where the ceremony took place. He had finally graduated high school, and today was the day he received his diploma. Edward was an old man, he wasn’t tall, only 170 cm, he wasn’t strong, either, and he had myopia. He usually wars casual striped shirts when going out, accompanied by black pants.
What is the definition of COP? “Citizen on Patrol” Do cops really understand the definition of COP? The quote: “to protect and to serve” became the official motto of the LAPD police academy in 1963; the motto was printed on every police vehicle in Los Angeles. Fast forward to March 3, 1991, the brutal beating of Rodney King by white LAPD officers. The beating was captured on video tape in all of its horror, and the cops were still acquitted! Who are the cops protecting? Who are the cops serving? It clearly isn’t the community the police are serving or protecting. Instead, of saving lives, they are taking lives. Perhaps, you would think citizens would need protection from the car jackers, armed robbers and gang members. This scenario has happened to several acquaintances. If you drive an expensive luxury car in Los Angeles, like a Maserati, Bentley or Range Rover; nine times out of ten you will be stopped by the police and asked: is this your car? I need to see your registration, license and insurance. The cops automatically assume the car is stolen, or you acquired the vehicle thru some nefarious or illegal actions. A Black person can’t possibly afford or deserve a car like this. Unfortunately, the citizens of the communities need protection from their so called police. Who is going to protect us from the rogue, racist and scary cop? Certainly, not the cop car dash cam, video recorder or camera phone! Indeed, cops have a dangerous job; they risk their lives every day
One reason I would like to be apart of H.O.P.E is because it has been a dream of mine to help/lead other’s. I would also like to join so that I can help other students
