I was taught to treat others the way I want to be treated, and that means I must respect my peers and teachers. I understand that I have to attend class on the scheduled dates and that it is my responsibility to drop the course, not my teacher’s. I understand the school requires attending each of my classes, and after three consecutive absences I will be reported to the college for dismissal from the course. Attendance will be taken every day via sign sheet, roll call, or nearpod application. That is why it is very important to be on time for class. Phones are to be put away during class and shut off during tests and if it goes off during an exam I will receive a zero. The use of laptops is allowed solely to take notes or view power points that are being played during the class, however if I get caught working on assignments not pertaining to the class I will be asked to leave the classroom and I will lose my laptop privileges during class. Appropriate documentation, works cited page must be turned in with my research papers, and it must be labeled. I know that I must include a paragraph stating how my source is related to my topic and its credibility. Due to my recent troubles at work I have been counseled twice in the past several weeks. This has given me a lot of time to reflect at the way I have really presented myself in the Army thus far. I have not always been the best Soldier that I could have been during most of the time I that I have been in so far. Thinking about this does bother me, it means that I could be trying harder to get ahead and better myself as a Soldier and a person. Lets say for example I have been late to work twice in the past several weeks not only to include missing a pt formation altogether. I did this by not ensuring that i had met alo of my neds to ensure that i woudl wake up in the morning. But by doing
Explain why it is important to have an intention to create legal relations when making a contract and why is consideration of the parties to the agreement necessary-:

Having a personal code of ethics is very important to me since it defines who I am and what my beliefs are. My ethical code symbolizes who I am as an individual as a result of my moral, religious, intellectual and cultural upbringing. One of my greatest wishes is for my personality and actions to clearly define my code of ethics, without me verbalizing or someone else reading it on a document. Some questions that I would like others to ask and come up with their own answers without being doubtful and uncertain are: Is she an honest person? Is she a leader or a follower? Does she practice what she preaches? Does she exercise a love for God? These are the questions and answers that should reflex my

Pat was very frustrated because she wanted to purchase a home but lacked the funds or credit to do so even though Pat was expecting shortly to receive a one-half million dollar final installment payment for some land she sold several years earlier. My name is Sonia Trevino. I am currently a student at South Texas College. I believed that my High School education prepared me for college. However, once I started my first year of college, my confidence vanished. I was overwhelmed with all the assignments making me fall behind. I realized that many resources offered to my classmates had never been offered to a low-income student in Texas.

The following paper will offer a critical analysis of the contractual elements within the given case study. Through an application of relevant laws and biblical principles; I will examine the capacity and authority of individuals to facilitate binding contracts, the responsibilities of merchants in the practice of good faith and fair dealing, and the issues of fraud within contracts, implied contracts, promissory estoppel, and biblical dispute resolution. This work will contain three sections. The first, will investigate strategies for continued business with Mr. Petersen. The second, will explore the legal ramifications which may precipitate if I cease doing business with Mr. Petersen; including, damages or remedies which Mr. Petersen may seek and my company’s legal defenses against Mr. Petersen. The third, will examine the effects of the dispute on Mr. Petersen’s future interest in Christianity, while identifying methods of biblical dispute resolution which may resolve and reconcile my relationship with Mr. Petersen.
