How to be Healthy Studies show that people who live a healthy lifestyle live longer than those who don’t. From eating clean to being around good people, staying healthy will have positive effects on you both physically and mentally. There are many different attributes to consider when becoming the healthiest version of you. Although, altering your lifestyle requires time, effort, motivation, and organization it can be done and will be worth it in the end. The first, most important step to being healthy is to take into consideration what you eat. Most people make a huge mistake by skipping breakfast due to rushing or just not being hungry in the morning. However breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should be the biggest ,yet most nutritious. Your breakfast should include protein, dairy and some kind of fruits or vegetable. Fruits and vegetable are packed with lots of antioxidants and vitamins that will keep your body clean and refreshed. Protein helps build and repair tissue which makes bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood stronger. Different foods that are high in protein are peanuts, quinoa, chicken, and lentil. Dairy foods like yogurt, milk, and cheese are full of vitamins and minerals like Vitamin D, Vitamin B, and protein.
