This paper about Emancipation is no Proclamation. Do you agree with children being able to get emancipated? Some agree with this action. Others, however, do not. We should be able to. Children that want to get emancipated have their reasons for wanting to do so. Such as, they could’ve been involved in abusive actions at their house, some might want to get married young, or maybe they are not getting supported by their loved ones or just not getting cared for at all. You never know some people go through when they go home. Abusive situations happen all the time. These actions could cause children to seek wanting to get emancipated. It does not have to be beating a child to abuse them, it can be constantly hating on them, which is verbally. …show more content…
What if it was your own child? That is different when it’s your own children. As the website (http://children.laws.com) states several emancipation officers would most likely consider getting married as a minor to be emancipation. You may haven’t signed the legal emancipation, you are no longer under your parents’ arms. However, many do not agree with young marriage. That still does not mean that you should not still be there for your children. If they are happy and extremely sure about it don’t sit there and make them think that getting emancipated is their only option to be with …show more content…
You want what is best for your child, correct? Well, I hope you agreed. So, you push them to strive for their freams, not push them to strive for them to get emancipated. Children may feel as if they do not belong somewhere which leads them to wanting to get emancipated./Most people would also disagree with this as well because, after all a judge did state that your parents are not qualified to help you financially according to the website (http://hotair.com). Although, this is still your child, could you just help them out? Does not have to be major. Help them out the absolute best that you are able to, instead of them wanting to be emancipated because, they will just be on their own anyways. In conclusion, you should always want to be there for your child, love them, and care for them. Not abuse them (physically or emotionally), just try to support their decisions no matter what they are, and try to always be there to try and help them. Children should be able to get emancipated if they assume that it is extremely necessary to do so. Children should never feel not loved or that their parents do not care about them. However, my point is if you can not act like a parent do not be

Children in homes where there is abuse usually end up either, being abused themselves or being neglected. This is where they generally learn to become abusers themselves.
Moveover I, therefore, the representative of the underage people in Anaheim, California presents these facts to the rest of the parents in the world, that kids are mistreated. In the name of all, that is fair and all of the kids that are mistreated. Nevertheless, I solemnly write and declare that the kids in Anaheim, California are to be free and independent. I declare that an underage kid (ages 15-17) have the right to control his or her life without a parent tell them what to do. For the support of my declaration, I pledge my life, honor and all that I
The Children’s Bureau was created in 1912 by Lillian D. Wald and Florence Kelly (“The story of…”). The main goal for this bureau was to create standards that would impact the way children were treated. There are several issues that the Children’s Bureau covered. These issues include infant and maternal death, child labor, orphanages, child health and recreation, delinquency and juvenile courts, family economic security, abused and neglected children, and foster care (“The story of…”).
It is the capacity to have an effect on a character, development, or behavior of someone or something. Parents have great influence on their child or children. If the adult or parent is a heavy drug or alcohol user, or the adults behavior is highly violent, the child may grow up to end up as their parent. Mothers under the age of 18 are said to be more abusive or violent. “The age of the child's mother has also been shown to influence the child's risks for mistreatment. Younger mothers have statistically higher rates of child abuse than mature moms. Lack of economic resources, the stress of single parenting, social isolation, and a dearth of emotional support are factors which contribute to the higher rate of abuse among young parents” (Deboorah). Including as the child does not get abused to actual death, the child may grow up to be an influence as an
Child abuse is more than bruises and broken bones. While physical abuse might be the most visible, other types of abuse, such as emotional abuse and neglect, also leave deep, lasting scars. (Help guide.org). The earlier abused children get help, the greater chance they have to heal and break the cycle—rather than perpetuating it. There is a myth that only bad people abuse their children. (Help guide.org) But the fact is while it 's easy to say that only "bad people" abuse their children, it 's not always so black and white. Not all abusers are intentionally harming their children. Many have been victims of abuse themselves, and don’t know any other way to parent. Others may be struggling with mental health issues or a substance abuse

The emotional, physical, and long-term effect can scar a child that isn’t rescued from an abusive household. Charley didn’t get out of this situation until she ran away from home when she was 17. Here is a short excerpt from her story, "I felt very isolated and didn't know who to tell. I was kept a prisoner in the house; the only time I could go out was to go to school, so school became my sanctuary. But he often kept me off school to abuse me while my mum was at work.
The children march proves that children can make a change. It does not matter what age you are your voice can be heard to form an impact. During the children's march many things. Took place. Some adults could not participate in the march because they worked for whites and they could lose their jobs, ofi, and cars. This shows how racism was very controlling. Firemen sprayed kids with high pressure water. This shows how violent the march was. Some kids skipped and left school for the march. This shows how much the kids cared about the cause. An 4 year old kid volunteered to go to jail for the march. This shows no matter what age you are u can help create a change. Although children are young

Parents should have a say in a minor child's life. They should because if the parents do not have a say in any decision the child might think it's okay to do anything they want. Children should be able to do most things they want but they should ask for permission first. For example, if you are a child and you want to do something and it is something that your parents do not like and you do it behind there back, you will get in trouble for making your own decision. But if you go and ask and your parents say no at least you will not get in trouble or make any wrong decisions. Being a minor as a child can be hard because you want to do everything you want and make your own decisions. Parents are fully responsible for you when you are a minor
