After planning the product it will move to the concept development stage this is where the concepts are made about the feasibility of the product and an industrial design will be drawn. The third stage is the System-level design acceptable technologies and the structure of the IPhone screen, colour etc and if there is any problem with the industrial design it will be redesigned to suit customer’s needs and wants. The fourth stage (Detail design) ergonomics of the product such as length, width of the product will be decided. IPhone Eco is designed to be slim and light weight so the material will be chosen that are light weight and resistant to fall and should be strong. In the fifth stage testing and refinement the product will be tested on it quality, strength, weight, battery, solar charging and applications of the IPhone Eco are working correctly. The final stage before the official launch evaluation of the product features, solar back to see if the product delivers as promoted to consumers.
Market Research

Competition: There are many competitors for IPhone. The main competition for IPhone is the android phones such as Samsung Electronics, Google Inc., Nokia, HTC etc. As the Fig: 4 shows market share on the current smartphones vendors and it also shows that in 2011 Samsung (Android) phones was sold all over the world with 19.10% market share and Apple phones had a market share of 19% in 2011. Currently Apple is 2nd in the market as Samsung’s Android phones
