As the year progressed, I found people who shared common interests as me and people who did not. Regardless, I made myself associate with them and it worked for my benefit. There are many character traits that make someone successful in life. Some traits you are born with, other traits are mindsets. There are a few character traits that coaches, teachers, bosses, or any other significant figure looks for in particular. One of the most important character traits is a hard-working attitude. You aren’t born with a hard-working attitude. It is a mindset. You may not be the best employee, but an employer will be more willing to work with someone that works hard than someone that can do the job but is lazy. Although I am not the best at everything, I give 100% effort in everything that I do and believe that working hard is the most important trait a person can possess.

No two people are alike, and no two personalities are alike. A personality is made up of different characteristics, which help to define a person. Per the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator everyone has a four-letter personality type with 16 different personality combinations. These personality types affect everyone’s personal, social and work life. My four-letter personality type is ISFJ (introvert, sensing, feeling and judgment).

Throughout the course of years, I tend to find out more about myself. Every day is challenging and full of many surprises. However, the most challenging thing in my life is working with other personalities. Only to find myself considered an ENFJ with a temperament of NF. Yes, I’m open to others and would put myself last, but I now understand how to truly connect.

Naviance, based off of my answers to certain questions, also said that I was an ENFJ. These letters stand for extrovert, intuitive, feeler, and judger. I do not completely agree with these results because for one, I am very shy. However, when I am with my close friends or family, I am not very shy at all. I am not sure how I feel about the intuitive part, because I think that there are some parts that are, and are not true. For example, I like to use my imagination, and consider new ideas. However, I do agree with the feeler part of my results because I want to do work that is meaningful, help others, make decisions based on my values, work in a supportive environment, and make efforts to understand others. I also partly agree with the judgers part. I like to do my work before relaxing.

Granted that we finish our project though sweat and tears we never gave up. Uniquely that’s where my openness to experience comes in. However having many different personality traits my minds wonders what’s next for me. My eagerness to learn new concepts is what drives me to become great. Truly my changes in behavior might not be normal, But all the big five personality traits plays a key role in my life. Given these points my brain is fully conscious and aware of what’s going on. Just going to work every day on time shows my agreeableness trait. It makes me fully aware of the decisions I make throughout life. The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) enables an individual to gain a deeper insight into their inherent personality traits. For some people, they have had prior knowledge or underlying assumptions about their personality, but this test provides clearer information about each of their identifiable traits. According to the MBTI in Human-metric personality test, my scores were 22% (E) extroverted thinking more than introverted, 9% (N) intuitive as oppose to sensing, 16% (T) thinking more than feeling, and 12% (J) judging as compared to perceiving. Thus, my personality type is ENFJ. The ENFJ personality group is described as a minority group that consists of natural-born leaders, and people filled with passion, and charisma for example, Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey; they are notable members of this group, also known as the protagonists (16personalities, 2016). The protagonists apprehend pride in providing guidance for others to improve individually and to improve the community at large (16personalities, 2016).
