I sat down and actually took the personality test with my best friend. She wanted to compare our personalities. Apparently, I have a protagonist ENFJ-T personality. The letters stand for extraversion, intuition, feeling, and judgement. Okay, I thought. So, I read up on it. My friend did not tell me what her personality was, but I can interpret how we connect because of who I am. Protagonists are natural-born leaders, full of passion and charisma. I thought to myself, hmm I am not so sure if that is what I think about myself. So, I did some more reading and then it made sense to me. It says that I am unafraid to stand up and speak when they feel something needs to be said and it is easy to communicate with others. Because of the intuitive trait I possess, I can connect my talking abilities to people with the ability to reach every mind and connect ideas together, which I think is really cool since I have never really noticed. …show more content…
When I have a strong feeling towards someone, I can become a great help with their problems. I tend to put in care for those who I place a little too much trust in. Sometimes, if a protagonist is not careful, we can overextend our optimism and push others further than they are willing to go. It is cool to think of this way because I notice this happen to me in real life situations among my friends, like choosing what pizza to get or deciding on going to a football game. I learned a lot about myself. I never really took a deep dive into my personality before and now that I have, I can see the things I do that I should stick with or the changes I should make. I learned that I am open and expressive to make new friends, and that should help me focus in social

My personality type is ENTJ. Each letter has its own characteristic within my personality type. The E stands for Extraversion, N for Intuition, T for Thinking, and J for Judging. People with ENTJ personality types are natural born leaders. They like to take charge and direct people whenever they can. They’re self confident and career focused so they naturally fit in with the corporate world. Their strengths include being highly self confident, strategic thinkers, energetic, very efficient, strong willed and having excellent verbal communication skills. Some of an ENTJ’s weaknesses are impatience, poor handling of their own and other people’s emotions, intolerance, and stubbornness. Interestingly I found that Bill Gates,
After taking the Jung Typology Test my four letters were ENFJ. According to these results my personality type is that of an extraverted individual. It states that I am a person who is outgoing, generous, talkative. It highlights I am a person who likes to be social and values relationships and collective values. I agree with this because I do believe that I am a person who loves to interact with people.
Hello, I’m Joshua Dudley and the results I got for my Jung Typology Test was on point for the kind of person I am. In the Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test my letters were ENFJ. ENFJs are the benevolent 'pedagogues' of humanity. They have tremendous charisma by which many are drawn into their nurturant tutelage and/or grand schemes. Many ENFJs have tremendous power to manipulate others with their phenomenal interpersonal skills and unique salesmanship (butt). All of the letters have different meanings. (E)- Extravert (34%), (N)- iNtuitive (9%), (F)- Feeling (19%), and (J)- Judging (28%) and these for letters ENFJ make up the type of person I am. I also had to find a two letter temperament for my personality. The two Letters I think that fit me is (NF)- “The Idealists” which my primary
The Kiersey Temperament Sorter assigned me the personality type ENFJ. The letters stand for Extrovert, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging. After my research, I have found out some broad statements about ENFJs. Scholars describe ENFJs as natural leaders. ENFJs are full of passion and charisma, naturally attracting and inspiring people. Surprisingly, ENFJ forms only around two percent of the population. Some scholars describe this two percent simply as Protagonists. Scholars typically correlate the ENFJ personality type to our world’s politicians, coaches and teachers. Most importantly, ENFJs reach out to inspire others to achieve and do good deeds in the world. ANFJ’s must see the good results they cause to feel satisfaction in their lives. With
As the year progressed, I found people who shared common interests as me and people who did not. Regardless, I made myself associate with them and it worked for my benefit. You may never know when you need a favor or just someone to talk to for that matter. Saying hello to a person can change so much which may sound really cheesy but its true! If I had never had the courage to join in on a strangers’ conversation then they would never have become my best friends. I had witnessed the Butterfly Effect. As I grew more comfortable with talking to others, my personality bloomed into something that I am proud of. I was excited to do things that others were not. If there was a spirit day, I would go all out. If it was someone’s birthday, I would try my hardest to get them a gift they would enjoy. If I saw someone going through internal turmoil, I would lend them my ears so that they could release their stress. Once, I was browsing Instagram through boredom and a girl had posted a picture of herself with the caption that said “I have nothing to live for.” I commented on the picture saying that she was gorgeous and she replied with “so what.” That reply hit me
Taking various personality tests and asking family members to define my personality, I would have to agree with what each one had to say. First, I took the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. The MBTI claims I am an ESFJ. ESFJ’s are the ones who make sure everyone is happy and cared for. They support their friends and family. Also, they are very sociable and conflict avoidant. ESFJ’s has a servant heart and are very selfless. ESFJ’s are ones who try their best to do the right thing. ESFJ’s are supportive and outgoing. ESFJ is absolutely what my personality is. My strengths are that I am loyal, good at connecting with others, I am sensitive, I have a strong sense of duty, and have strong practical skills. I am very loyal, because anyone can come to me and tell me anything and I will not tell others. I have a strong sense of duty because I love to serve others and give back to the community, because I am very blessed. There are a lot of traits that make me great at connecting with others. I am very sociable,
There are many character traits that make someone successful in life. Some traits you are born with, other traits are mindsets. There are a few character traits that coaches, teachers, bosses, or any other significant figure looks for in particular. One of the most important character traits is a hard-working attitude. You aren’t born with a hard-working attitude. It is a mindset. You may not be the best employee, but an employer will be more willing to work with someone that works hard than someone that can do the job but is lazy. Although I am not the best at everything, I give 100% effort in everything that I do and believe that working hard is the most important trait a person can possess.
Popular theories such as Myers Bridge personality type states that a high-performing team is comprised of both distinctly defined roles and a well-rounded collection of personality archetypes. In order to ensure a successful team, it is important to know more about the team member personalities and how the different personalities can be a useful tool building and leading a project team. After taking the personality test, my personality type was identified as ENFJ Extravert (26%) Intuitive (16%) Feeling (7%) and Judging (34%). Jasmine Pierce was also identified as a ENFJ Extravert (34%) Intuitive (3%) Feeling (28%) Judging (31%). ENFJ individual is expressed as extraverted feeling with introverted intuition. They are also best portrayed as
No two people are alike, and no two personalities are alike. A personality is made up of different characteristics, which help to define a person. Per the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator everyone has a four-letter personality type with 16 different personality combinations. These personality types affect everyone’s personal, social and work life. My four-letter personality type is ISFJ (introvert, sensing, feeling and judgment).
Throughout the course of years, I tend to find out more about myself. Every day is challenging and full of many surprises. However, the most challenging thing in my life is working with other personalities. Only to find myself considered an ENFJ with a temperament of NF. Yes, I’m open to others and would put myself last, but I now understand how to truly connect.
Naviance, based off of my answers to certain questions, also said that I was an ENFJ. These letters stand for extrovert, intuitive, feeler, and judger. I do not completely agree with these results because for one, I am very shy. However, when I am with my close friends or family, I am not very shy at all. I am not sure how I feel about the intuitive part, because I think that there are some parts that are, and are not true. For example, I like to use my imagination, and consider new ideas. However, I do agree with the feeler part of my results because I want to do work that is meaningful, help others, make decisions based on my values, work in a supportive environment, and make efforts to understand others. I also partly agree with the judgers part. I like to do my work before relaxing.
Granted that we finish our project though sweat and tears we never gave up. Uniquely that’s where my openness to experience comes in. However having many different personality traits my minds wonders what’s next for me. My eagerness to learn new concepts is what drives me to become great. Truly my changes in behavior might not be normal, But all the big five personality traits plays a key role in my life. Given these points my brain is fully conscious and aware of what’s going on. Just going to work every day on time shows my agreeableness trait. It makes me fully aware of the decisions I make throughout life. Also expecting good outcomes for my peers plus myself comes from the trait extraversion. Sometimes I can be a bit shy, angry and fully of anxiety, But I believe that’s just part of life. Just having the ability to maintain different characteristic says a lot about the person I am. In the long run my changes in behavior change all the
The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) enables an individual to gain a deeper insight into their inherent personality traits. For some people, they have had prior knowledge or underlying assumptions about their personality, but this test provides clearer information about each of their identifiable traits. According to the MBTI in Human-metric personality test, my scores were 22% (E) extroverted thinking more than introverted, 9% (N) intuitive as oppose to sensing, 16% (T) thinking more than feeling, and 12% (J) judging as compared to perceiving. Thus, my personality type is ENFJ. The ENFJ personality group is described as a minority group that consists of natural-born leaders, and people filled with passion, and charisma for example, Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey; they are notable members of this group, also known as the protagonists (16personalities, 2016). The protagonists apprehend pride in providing guidance for others to improve individually and to improve the community at large (16personalities, 2016). The protagonists find it naturally easy to communicate with others and excel at communicating with other people in person (16personalities, 2016).
Through this course, I learned that my personality assessment of ENFJ fit me quite well. It described me as an extrovert with intuition, feeling, and judgment. They are described as people with tremendous charisma who believe in their dreams, and see themselves as
