If BIMS wants to get to the real heart of the problem they will need to reformat and add some questions to another survey, find a computer program to aid them and possibly get down and talk to the people to find out what is making a lot of people leave.
The below chart depicts how questions 1-10 were answered. Based on the color-coded responses, it is apparent that most employees have answered 2, which is closest to ‘very negative.’ This chart helps one to understand that the overall vibe of the employees is more negative than positive. Charts of this nature can be beneficial to the organization to analyze data visually. Based on our other research, the most common response from the employees is option 2, which is aligned with negative input.
“A measure of central tendency is a single value that attempts to describe a set of data by identifying the central position within that set of data (Laerd Statistics, 2013).” In terms of statistical data, the measurements could be mean, median, and mode. “The mean is equal to the sum of all the values in the data set divided by the number of values in the data set, the median is the middle score for a set of data that has been arranged in order of magnitude, and the mode is the most frequent score in our data set (Laerd Statistics, 2013).” BIMS can benefit from this type of statistical data because the company can get a good picture of the satisfaction
The answers are measured on a 5 point Likert scale from questions 1-7 and Yes or No format for questions 8 -10. Responses are recorded and interpreted according to the scoring key and norms. The results are then displayed in the form of a pie chart comparing each sector.
· How were measures of central tendency used in the study? Did the study use the most appropriate measure of central tendency for the given data? Why or why not?
In the IPO to get a international business, the business that handles the underwriting is known as the originating residence (Mayo, 2012). These businesses have bought the securities from an organization that is attempting to improve capital and after that searches to offer the lists to the public. The entire process of selling these securities isn't always managed by one business. Together, the brokerage companies underwrite the firm's offerings and offer them to the public. He sees cassie spraying the hose trying to make a rainbow. Then sammy is moved to a training camp. He is assigned a squad with other of the kids. The kids range from 5 years old to 16 years old. At this camp they are training them so they can survive on their own. They are each given a nickname that represent them. For example, the 5 year old is called nugget because of his size. To begin replication of Cacioppo & Petty's Study 1 with random scores, I opened IBM SPSS Statistics 24 (SPSS) located in the IBM SPSS Statistics folder in the Start Menu (this folder will only be present if the computer has a license for SPSS software. Psychology Lab in Strauss Hall is a great place to use computers with SPSS software). Allowing time for the software to load, I went to www.random.org (random.org) in the internet browser, Google Chrome. Random.org is where I created all the random scores I needed to replicate Caioppo & Petty's Study 1.

Looking at the hidden meanings behind communication and behavior can give us an insight into the people around us. It can also show us how others perceive us. It is important to know how we act and talk can affect others. Knowing how are actions and words are seen by others can give us an insight to working better with others, understanding others, and even becoming better people ourselves. The chart below is from the lesson on page 176 of Fundamentals of Organizational Communication (Shockley-Zalabak, 2012). Together with a coworker, we filled this chart out about our perceptions of each other. Our actual results are included in the chart as well. The first chart shows how I ranked myself, and how my coworker

The survey was created to help employees in BIMS to help management find what is causing the turn over by giving their opinion with the company. There are ten questions in the survey, the first one asks employees to express how they feel with their employment. Communication is also pointed out in the survey, to see how communication is between employee and management. These questions have to be answered by circling a number from one to five. One for very negative and five for very positive. That’s is for questions one to ten. There are also four extra questions that need to be answered different, there is one that the employee has to state what sex they are either male or female, also about how long they have worked for the company, so these questions can not be answered in a one to five format. As well as to in what area they work in. taking a look at the answers one can connect points and see that there was a small communication between employee and manager. Also another point is that there are many hours assigned to workers and they are not satisfied with the pay.
Using the results and analyzed data the following chart was created where the trends in answers was
