I want to improve my lowest mark in semester one. This is going to be achieved through revising articles with a fresh look and applying individual and general feedback. The biggest impact is going to be the blending of all 3 articles together and using the text book to back up the arguments made. It will also be the use of correct references in the text and following the study guidelines. The title of the essay last semester was Leadership in the workplace. To be honest I was a little intimidated, for the simple reason I had not written anything like this since high school. I will discuss how I discovered my writing process. My development as a writer throughout this semester, and finally I will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of my essays.
