Delphi Rozzy walked into the recording studio carrying her black cat Bart. As President of the Junior League of Atlanta witches, it was her duty to record a short weekly address. Plus, she had to break the love spell she had accidentally placed on Jake Baton during their senior year of high school. Mastering spells was not Delphi’s strongest attribute. The week before, she had turned the king of the trolls into an ant instead of a giant. The old biddies in the coven were still gossiping over that oops.
Jake stood from his office chair. His dark eyes blazed with hunger. “Sit.”

Bart swaggered over to Delphi. “Sleeping Beauty, look at his chest.”
Delphi swatted Bart away. She reached up and pulled Jake back down. “Kiss me again.”
Jake kissed her and then she whispered, “I don’t unseal the spell.”
He grinned. “Shall we go for the second option now?”
Bart huffed. “I need some catnip. Open your eyes. Look at his chest. He has the seal of the protective dragon. He’s immune to your spells. The buffoon is really in love with you. And he’s trying to get in your panties.”
“You’re protected from me?” Delphi pushed Jake off her and sat up. Her head spun from the poison and the truth. “All these years, you let me think it was the
