MTC initially needed to obtain substantial investment capital due to two main factors: a research-heavy industry, and the need to create most of the markets for its products. Although the founders' goal was to become a major manufacturing company, they did estimate that the company would need $50 million in capital before it would become self-sufficient. Their initial financing model was to first recruit a superior technical team, use that to attract additional equity investment and development funding from interested corporations, and then develop manufacturing capabilities. Commercial sales began 2.5 years after inception, and MTC is nearing the break-even point in 1990.

Automobile industry of japan witnessed an awesome accomplishment with the growth of Toyota. It became the biggest maker in the worldwide business. Toyota Motor Manufacturing, U.S.A. (TMM) is deviating from the standard assembly line principle of jidoka in an attempt to avoid expenses incurred from stopping the production line for seat quality defects. This deviation has contributed to the inability to identify the root cause of the problem, which has led to decreased run ratios on the line and an excess of defective automobiles in the overflow lot for multiple days. If this problem isn’t fixed quickly, an increased amount of waste will continue to be incurred and customer value will be threatened.

In my conclusion, I would like to emphasize that SAMSUNG has a quite distinctive way to carry on its business. From the part of visible aspects, it has a different way to build up its image by emphasizing the blue color, while other competitors such as SONY and APPLE focus on the shape of logos to do the same thing. From another aspect of organizational culture, the invisible aspects, we can find its effort to be adjusting well to a society where the organization affects. It tries to contribute its profit to the society by offering an educational service, a welfare service and even some public performances and so on. Although, it has been obvious that such a large co-operation company like SAMSUNG has a responsibility to contribute its profit to make the society better, SAMSUNG`s profit contribution policy is very well-organized so, it can be a very own aspect that SAMSUNG has. Lastly, its managerial structure has an incredibly unique way to communicate to each other and get a new idea from people. It has a very strict hierarchical structure that is carried out by people in the organization all the time, but
