Paul and Blanchard ( 1988) define leadership as a manner in which it directs, implements, provides and motivates people. The power of methods can contribute to leaders influencing their employees. Power is exercised and workable if intertwined within authority and the ability to have or do things which the foundation of power is ordered. To most people standards are acceptable because ethical standards are the standards for our environment. When faced with an unusual dilemma, situations occur from which an actual response is often needed.
Balance and choice of ethical thinking becomes a guide when making choices for discarding bad behavior and favor in good ones (Nevarez and Penrose, 2013). When considering making ethical decisions, what would a reasonable person do in that situstion should come to mind. Individuals work on projects closely together, the core values of the group are taken over. Often in groups individuals tend to compromise values that are held by the group. Because theses values are compromised, rules of management should be used to organize in ethical decision making. In organizational success, vital measures are increased and standards are looked upon when viewed in order to make decisions within the group.

Instead of asking an individual to do something for him, he or she instead does it himself. Sometimes going hardly noticeable by others because to them it becomes expected of them. Servant Leadership is associated with theological and orgazational values ( Paul and Blanchard, 1988). It is in regards to caring, elegance, importance and management being highly regarded with servants feeling better about their employees and themselves. Servant Leaders benefit from insights, information, contacts which makes it productive and effective in what they do. Recommending and suggesting new ways of doing things gives leaders an effective way to self-replenish
