On 12/22/16 when returning to work I Ren Oldaker Loss Prevention Manager for Sportsman's Warehouse was alerted to a known theft subject (Case # Kt 16-20-234) that was in the store and was acting suspicious while in here. I went back and reviewed film and found the following: At approximately 7:11 PM (Cam 18) I see the same male juvenile subject as before enter the store, he was wearing a ball cap, he also had on a camo hoodie, and was wearing blue jeans and had boots on. He then made his way into our gift bar department and started looking at knives. At approximately 7:16 PM (Cam 1) the male juvenile selects a Gerber knife, at the same time he conceals it into the front pocket of his hoodie (Cam 1). He then walks around the store looking at
On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16
On June 7, 2016, officer T.Cramblett #1191 was working cruiser 9182D, Zone 1 DMW, wearing the uniform of the day. Around 11:38 A.M radio aired that a robbery had just occurred at 1910 S. Hulmac Ct. Apt D, and that the suspect was a male black wearing a black shirt, jeans and having a goatee. The victim stated that the male had fled westbound from her apartment towards the 3C market located on Tamarack Blvd. The victim also stated the male was accompanied by a white female. Officer Cramblett was on Tamarack Blvd. when the information was aired and started to circulate the area. Officer Cramblett pulled out of the 3C market and turned northbound onto Tamarck Blvd. where he observed Mr. Warner Cutler and a female white walking southbound
On 07/14/2015 D/S Sorensen #6290 responded to 3571 Old Bartow Eagle Lake Road, Bartow in reference to a robbery with a firearm. Upon her arrival she met with the victim David Eugene Cody. D/S Sorensen learned that while the victim was standing outside of his residence an unknown black male with a bandana covering the lower part of his face approached him with a silver handgun. The unknown male stuck the handgun to the victim’s and demanded money. The victim got into struggle with the suspect, and during the struggle the bandanna fell off of the suspect’s face. The victim recognized the suspect. The victim gave a description of the suspect.

Upon our arrival we were met by Jerry Thompson, he stated to us that someone had stolen some hand tools and atv wheel and tires from his shop behind his residence. After speaking with Mr. Thompson Sgt. South and I went out to the outside of the shop under a covered parking area and found a yellow in color Can-Am atv on a motorcycle jack without the wheel and tires. After this Mr. Thompson showed us inside of the shop where a tall rolling tool box was and informed us that various hand tools such as socket sets, ratchets and electric impact drivers were taken from. Mr. Thompson also informed us that in the office area inside the shop was a change jar with approximately $20.00 in change was missing and a 30 pack of bud light was missing out of the refrigerator in the office area.
On March 12, 2015 at approximately 0143 hours, I responded to C-Town Bicycle & Fitness Equipment, 1927 Highway 138 to investigate a burglary alarm. Upon my arrival, I noticed that the side glass window had been broken. Once other officers and the owner, Jane Hayward, arrived on scene, we proceeded to clear the building to determine if it was safe. No entry was made by the suspect and no items were taken. The building was determined clear and no threat was located.
I responded to the Dolores Liquor store at approximately ** hours and spoke with Isabelle Boyce. She stated that they contacted the security company for assistance in downloading the captured surveillance footage. I viewed the surveillance and observed three individuals walk in the area and to the Dolores Liquor Store at approximately 2238 hours. While walking southeast toward the building, one of the males looks toward the camera. He appears to be wearing khaki colored jeans and a hooded jacket. The jacket appears to have blue sleeves, a large blue pocket located directly in front of the jacket and extends for both hands and the chest portion of the jacket appears to be patterned with words across the chest. He also appears to be wearing yellow in color “skater” style shoes. At approximately 2255 hours, the male appears to now have a white covering over his jacket and face and while utilizing a large wood object resembling a wooden dowel, he approaches the camera and smashes the camera. I took digital photographs of the male but the images are distorted and not clear. Isabelle Boyce stated
On April 27, 2016, at approximately 0031hrs, I was patrolling out at the City Lake when dispatch advised Sgt. Henke to respond to Wal-Mart, 937 Park Circle Drive. Sgt. Henke arrived on scene at approximately 0003hrs while I was in route to Wal-Mart. At approximately 0040hrs, I arrived on scene I made contact with Sgt. Henke inside Wal-Mart. Sgt. Henke had a Sandra Parr, w/f, DOB 1/19/63, under arrest and was walking her out Wal-Mart. Sgt. Henke was accompanied by Asset Protection Manager Krista L. McClintick.

Fawn Grove Church of the Nazarene used the church building until a 108,000 square foot warehouse was built in 2001. NCM contributed funds toward the warehouse, but it was owned by the Fawn Grove Church. The commodity inside the warehouse belonged to NCM, and NCM employed a warehouse manager, an office assistant, and a packing assistant to maintain the warehouse and the commodity received. John Borgal, warehouse manager, was responsible for keeping the warehouse storage inventoried and well organized. I was able to visit the warehouse on several occasions and provided John with suggestions for improvement.
