I strongly recommend SSG Roberts to be selected as a Warrant Officer Program as a Supply Systems Technician (920B). Beside a review of SSG Roberts records, I have an extensive knowledge of his tactical and technical skills. Frankly, I have found his pedigree worthy for warrant officer selection. I have known SSG Roberts for 15 years. During that time I have held various positions to include his direct supervisor for 2 years and now the USPFO Supply and Services Division Deputy. In the time I directly supervised him, I promoted him to the Small Shop Supervisor of the Supply Support Activity (SSA). My assessment of him is that of a Senior Automated Logistical Sergeant fully capable of carrying out his task and duties. SSG Roberts has diligently
In case 2 of 15, the plaintiff, Edward Roberts, alleged discrimination based on color. This allegation falls under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Title VII. “Title VII prohibits discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin” (Mello, J. A. 2015). The courts will have to decide whether the defendant, the trucking company, discriminated against Mr. Roberts based on his color. As presiding judge in the case, I would rule on Mr. Roberts’ behalf. The facts of the cases state Mr. Roberts came “in person on March 31, 2005” to apply, which clearly states his color was observed as he put in the application. Mr. Roberts experience was sufficient because he listed 22 months of prior experience as a road driver.

Robert James Matthews was charged with multiple felonies, including, but not limited to, burglary, grand theft, petit theft, and malicious injury to property. While in court, Matthews admitted to breaking and entering into a car dealership, and stealing car keys. After stealing the keys, Matthews drove three cars around the city, and proceeded by dropping each of them off at various locations. It must also be noted that Matthews had a strong criminal history, and, although the court was not actively searched for, there were already multiple warrants out for Matthews for other smaller offenses such as minor burglaries.

Sgt. Taylor is a good manager of employees and encourages teamwork. I agree with peers, who have proactively met with me advising that Sgt. Taylor does not have “distinguished” leadership skills, or that he is not the go to person when important decisions need to be made or decisive action is required. In some instances the officers he supervises suffer as he does not provide them with correct solutions.

In sum, Lyons-Burke is probably liable for negligent supervision because the school had the duty to provide adequate supervision for its students and the school breached that duty. As mentioned above, there are two other elements of negligent supervision, however this memorandum assumes that they have already been proven. Thus, because the victim warned the school and the school had knowledge of the attacker’s disciplinary record and the school failed to protect the victim while she was under the orbit of authority of the school, it is in the best interest of Lyons-Burke to settle the case.
We have been approached by Phil Soto-Ortiz the Finance Manager with Creek Hill Nursery regarding business consulting services. He and firm president, Ron Strasko, believe they have inefficiencies that are eating into the firms profitability. In fact, they show an operating loss but feel it should be a 10% operating profit. They are approaching the firm due to our website information, their current CPA, Michelle Hoover recommended us, and Phil lives in the same neighborhood as Steve Geisenberger. Please see the attached sales lead document for more details on the services they believe they need.
