Oberlin attracts me as a institution because of the role of leadership it takes within the country historically. As the world becomes more interconnected with new technologies, as a nation, I believe we face a new issue of how to react to events that happen to our neighbors and kin around the globe. Though Oberlin College does maintain some "traditional American values", the school also steps ahead compared to most other colleges when it comes to the institution's mission and goal. Therefore, seeing Oberlin's progressive visions that have bettered countless communities, I am thrilled to become a part of the student body that enlightens a new, interconnected generation of world citizens. Another aspect of Oberlin College that excites me is the
One of the reason why I believe that my degree will benefit from Morgan state university is the Business platform that it works with . I can use my degree to better my career and also use my business to advance in the baltimore area .
I believe Marist is a good match for me because it offers many it offers an excellent business program. The student activities that are offered are another reason why I’d like to go to Marist. I’m interested in the business club especially and by being involved in that club I believe it would lead me in successful path in my career. The trips the clubs takes to New York City interest me because by seeing the companies their I’d have more knowledge of what real life business in the career I choose looks like. The average classroom sizes are relatively small, which not many colleges or universities offer and I think that it very important in order to get the best education possible. The small size provides me with a better learning opportunity
Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is an excellent place to create a better future for myself and for my community. At this University I can make others around me strive to be the best they can be by bring my unique passion and communication skills to campus. When I was a child I was very shy and quiet and now I have realized how much I have grown. After being in high school working on group assignments and joining extracurricular activities, I have built a great relationship with the students in my high school. In particular, the French Club that I joined during high school really helped me comfortably connect with my peers. If I am given the opportunity to attend Florida A&M University, I will help the campus community
While I am focused on a career in science, I want to utilize the Stony Brook University Honors college to strengthen my current skills and expand my knowledge to create new perspectives. An interdisciplinary education will help me develop a comprehensive understanding of important issues as well as break down the barriers of academic isolation. In many schools, there is very little communication and collaboration across departments leaving them isolated in their perspectives. In many academic fields, particularly science, the knowledge gained in one subject often serves as a way to deepen the learning experience in another subject.
In order to remain competitive in the workplace, it is essential to have at least an undergraduate degree. I obtained my Associate’s degree in Education at CUNY Medgar Evers College, after which I decided to take a semester off to work full-time. When that semester turned into two, then a year and a half, and with an unfinished degree looming over me, I realized it was time get serious and finish what I started. Through its online program, Empire State College offers me the flexibility I need to juggle school and a full-time job, which is one of the reasons I am applying to Empire State College. It has the positive reputation I am looking for in a college and is among the most affordable colleges I researched.

Education never interested me. My parents weren't bothered if I wasn't into school. As long I got a "C or D" I was safe. It wasn't till I got accepted into the ACE program at Gateway Community College that I started to value my education. This program allowed me to attend Community College while in high school. I grew strict towards my education meaning I no longer just aimed to pass. As I changed my attitude towards my education my parents did the same thing. They no longer tolerated "C's or D's". I noticed once I started to root for myself I seemed to gain support from my peers, teachers and most importantly my parents. Ever since that change multiple doors of opportunities have opened. Of course the journey I took to change my attitude wasn't
Ever since I have been saved, life has been a rough ride with highs and lows. My sins were many, but God is forgiving. His love has held me together. I place my faith in Almighty God; His son Jesus Christ, who has become my salvation, and the Holy One who has convicted me to live unlike any other in this world. For we are in this world, and not of this world. Our home is in heaven with His Majesty. Becoming a student at Liberty University will allow me to grow even closer to God. This enables me to enhance my spiritual gifts, passions, and skills for God’s kingdom. I want to share the gospel, which Jesus came down to become sin for us, that we are able to have a relationship with God. I am His servant; I want to serve in any way possible and
During my senior year of high school, I was not financially stable enough to depart from my hometown and my family. Therefore I enrolled in John Tyler Community College because I felt that it possessed the ability to help me progress academically while allowing me to remain close to my family members. However, I found that John Tyler’s real estate program is not stimulating enough, and I wish to challenge myself further by transferring to VCU. John Tyler Community College offers a real estate career studies certificate, but I do not believe it would enable me to reach my full potential as a bachelor's degree from VCU could. To pursue my goal of attending VCU, and to prepare myself for more rigorous curriculum, I began to enroll in courses transferable

I visited Oberlin this summer. On my way to admissions, I noticed the the magnificent chalk drawings on the sidewalk juxtaposed by silly scribbles of fanart that made me giggle. The students were enthusiastic and sincere; they raved about their core classes and electives. We walked through the wide-open park in the center of the campus and I laughed as I listened to a large circle of bagpipers. I felt at home.
The first couple of weeks were a little rough. It was hard adapt to the change right away. I have experienced so many great things so far though. I am glad I chose Lebanon Valley College; it feels like home to me. I look forward to meeting new people and all of the opportunities life has in store for me.
First of all, my academic interest is “multi-interested”. At Oberlin, I’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore various subjects before deciding on my major. In addition, I’d like to study in a small class size, where true, intimate interactions between instructors and students happen. As one of the most innovative liberal arts
