1-Scheduling Problems. A-Lead time:
First of all; Starting date of this partnership wasn't mentioned; however; assume we are in month of June; According to the proposal the promotion will start by October 5th so prior to this date they should be ready with Soap and dishes taking into consideration that delivery time of Soap varies between 6 to 43 days.
But if we were in September for example; they won't be able to meet this lead time.
In addition to; the delivery time of dishes this was not mentioned.
B- Picking and Packing: they need to take into account the packing time to make these packages specially that Dishes are fragile so they will need a special packing.

5-The dish proposal will cause additional work in term of handling inventories which is the most challenging issue in any supply chain.
According to proposal there is a précised schedule to meet deliveries therefore; Sudsy Soap should take into consideration the following:
A-On time delivery to customer should be taken into consideration in order to meet deliveries according to the contracted deliveries settled earlier.
B-Surplus in demand might happen; therefore they should have a good forecast in order to avoid any un-met demand
C-Replenishment cycle; they should monitor regularly their inventory in order to meet demand between Replenishments and precise when this cycle should start.
D-Stock out; they should avoid having stock out from soaps in order to meet demand within the supply provided from dishes. Parallel strategy between soaps and dishes should be coordinated between parties.
E-The Inco-terms between parties should be mentioned in order to define liabilities for both of them ;taking into consideration that these products have high risk in delivery in order to be delivered properly ; thus this Inco-term should cover this point to cover their right.
F-Regular promotions.
