On August 26, 2015, you responded to 41 Olsen Rd. Cocoa in reference to a violation of a "no contact" order. During your investigation you developed probable cause to arrest Alicia Balderston for violating a "no contact" order that was issued on August 20, 2015 due to a domestic violence arrest. During this call you took written statements from the victim and two witnesses.
Irina Lakotiy reported her son, Oleg Lakotiy, was violating a protection order by being at her residence. Irina stated she picked up Oleg at Valley Medical Center in Renton, gave him a ride to her residence, and was concerned Oleg was possibly high on drugs. Oleg was listed as the respondent and Irina was listed as the petitioner of a DV Protection Order out of King Co Superior Court # 16-2-05363. The order stated Oleg was restrained from coming near and having any contact whatsoever in person, or through others, except by phone, and was prohibited from knowingly coming within, or knowingly remaining with 500 feet of Irina's residence. On 1-30-17 I received a copy of police report number, SR17-01792, from the KCSD Agency. The police report was from Officer Gabriel Gonzalez. Officer Gonzales stated on 1-20-17 he was in contact with Catrina Prairie. Officer Gabriel said Catrina was trying to report of restraining order violation. After speaking with Catrina, Officer Gonzales requested she contact her local agency.

On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
MA3 Bernard Jennings (CVN75 SEC) had a court appearance at 1200 today for a protective order hearing. He also had two outstanding warrants for assault & batter on a family member. When he went to court (escorted by MAC Powers), he was taken into custody for the warrants. The court was unable to inform MAC Powers how long he would be in jail or any details on his arrest. Communication Officer Reiland, advised Cain had a positive warrant out of Linn County. I stopped Cain at the 200Blk of John St.. I advised Cain he had a warrant out for his arrest, and advised Cain Sgt. Henke and I could follow him home so he could put up his dog. Sgt. Henke and I followed Cain to his residence at 512 E. Wood St.
On January 10, 2017, I, Officer LESSANE, with the city of Beaufort Police Department, responded to 1030 Ribaut Road #6, in the city limits of Beaufort, to conduct a follow up on a previously reported domestic (17B01907). Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim SOFIA CHAVEZ and confirmed the offender VICTOR MANUEL CRUZ-ANAYA information. While at the victim residence, I took updated photos of her injuries. She also provided me with a photo of the offender. After clearing from the victim residence, I relocated to the offender job in an attempt to make contact with him.
