One of the goals of the banking program is to reduce the risks involve in handling physical currency while fortifying our European allies economy.
Banking support incorporates a great number of Financial Management (FM) activities, to establish and sustain the flow of currency (U.S. and foreign) to all FM forces in the United States Army Europe (USAREUR) area of responsibility (AOR). Frequent deployments and changing times created a distraction in the Professional aspect of the Army. The distraction created a deficiency in maintaining the highest standards of the Profession of Arms. In an effort to refine their understanding of the Army Profession, the Secretary of the Army and the Army Chief of Staff directed that a review of the Army Profession be conducted, thus the creation of the Profession of Arms Campaign.

Payments will be made at either Centralized Disbursing (central cite) or the DMPO (remote site). All payments, except for emergencies (Death Gratuity and Gate Payments are currently the only two designated unless otherwise directed by the Commander/Director), should be made at the central site. The only terminal designated as remote is the DDO’s desk and will be used to make input of checks printed at the DMPO. Input and certification must be made at this terminal (DDS), i.e. if a payment is input on a remote terminal it must be certified on a remote terminal. Terminals not designated as remote are used for input to the central site.
Differences in banking regulations across borders permit the most efficient channeling of funds from lenders to borrowers, leading to increased investment and thus increased GDP. Therefore it is imperative that policy makers prudently evaluate the possible consequences and benefits of harmonized banking regulations, as demonstrated by similar regulations instituted domestically, before any such endeavor is embarked upon.
The United States army started in 1775 with only a group of volunteer fighters who opposed against the rule and the oppression of the British. (Hogan 2005) The U.S army is still an all-volunteer fighting force today defending and defeating enemy threats to the United States. Since the creation of the U.S army it has built on tradition and honor for its country and willing to defend the constitution for more than two and a half century. Learning the culture of the United States Army will help give people an understanding of the people who serve in the army as well as learn what shaped the army today.
The position of strength that the Army has is that everyone has seen over the last ten years what our Army has done, and is capable of. Lots of people want to put the Army in a box. They want to say this is what the Army can do -- they can do this little thing over here. I am here to tell them that the Army is probably the most flexible, adaptable organization across all the services, and that we can respond and be capable anywhere any time to support any Combatant
For employees of the U.S Military including the air force, army, navy, marine and coastal guards, one can get tax advice and help from the free tax services provided by the Armed Forces Tax Council. These services are provided at different levels. If you are in the military or you are a veteran, you can find out more about these free services by enquiring from your local administrative office. Below is the structure of this free military tax service:

As Army Professionals, it is our duty to produce clear, concise work. Effectiveness is key to our line of work as a “social trustee” of our profession. As professionals, we go through years of extensive amount of study, practice, and research to ensure that we are capable of expert work. To fully understand the importance of our role as Human Resource Sergeants, we must first understand not only what it means to be a profession, but our culture and ethics as well. These key components are specifically to maintain the profession while the leaders are the components that holds the profession together. Without these components, our profession couldn’t exist.

The Financial Sector: The formal budgetary division comprises of six saves money with temporary licenses, and nine authorized cash exchange firms. The division is little and promising while there is allegedly expansive casual part. The national bank of Somalia (CBS) confronts challenges in building monetary division supervision because of specialized and human asset imperatives. The economy has restricted money, especially in lower groups. Somali banknotes are not promptly accessible, making issues for the poorest nationals.
Throughout the decades, there has always been a rivalry between branches of the United States Armed Forces whether it is the army, navy, airforce or marines. Army is known as the most common and popular branch; It is very easy to be part of; It requires a short and uncomplicated bootcamp training (eight weeks); The staff is much less strict. On the other hand, we have the rival branch: the Marines. It requires soldiers to pass through the most insane and overwhelming bootcamp, with a length of about thirteen weeks; The staff is the strictest out of any Armed Force branch. The marines have less than half of the soldiers the army has, yet, they are still the toughest, scariest, deadliest, and most tactical branch of the entire U.S. Armed
Webster’s dictionary defines the word profession as a type of job that requires special education, training, or skill. Many Soldiers would not consider the Army as a profession but a way of life. Some think the word profession belongs to everyday jobs like a plumber, mechanic, or doctor. Dr. Don M. Snider stated “the Army is a profession because of the expert work it produces, because the people in the Army develop themselves to be professionals, and because the Army certifies them as such” (Snider, D. M. 2008). In October 2010, the Secretary of the Army directed the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) to lead an Army wide assessment of the state of the Army Profession. We have been at war as a Country for over a decade and the Army
Background: The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is a business with a history imbedded in the US Army and Air Force for over 120 years. AAFES initially started with a General order creating 46 stores for soldiers to use in 1895. AAFES has continued to grow and expand its influence throughout the last 120 years into a global business, with a direct mission to support the Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, and Sailors through their company’s mission and vision for the future. The corporate structure of the AAFES is quite similar to most global companies. The company has a Chief Execute Officer (CEO) who reports to a Board of Directors. The composition of the board of directors is different; all members of the board of directors are active serving members of the United States armed services. The main goal of AAFES is stated in their vision, mission and motto. The mission of AAFES is “We go where you go to improve the quality of life through the goods and services we provide.” And the vision is “To be the preferred retail and services provider for the military family through extraordinary customer service and value pricing.” (About the Exchange. n.d.) AAFES tried to bring American products to service members wherever they are serving, to include Iraq, Afghanistan, on board naval ships and foreign nations.
