According to Sim (2015) Singtel has very loyal customer group base with customers who are children as well as senior citizens. There is a strong and loyal customer consists of families in Singapore where it’s marketed as loving and caring family member’s connectivity (Figure 14).
Judgement
Singtel has high brand and product quality. Sim (2015) supports it’s unique and stylist in being innovative and creating packaging for its customers. Customers feel at ease with the brand as it’s retaining its originality in quality and its name (Figure14).
