On Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 1145 hours I, Officer Radswillas responded to the Target Store for a retail theft. While en route I was told the female involved had taken 2 vacuum cleaners and some other items. She left in a silver Ford SUV bearing Pa registration JVH5722. I check the area for the vehicle but could not locate it. I then went to the store to speak with the employee. I spoke with Tia White. White stated that a while female had entered the store and selected a few items. Specifically a Bissel vacuum cleaner $159.99, Hoover vacuum cleaner $169.99, Barbie Glam House $39.99, and Pampers Wipes $11.99. The total value of the items was $404.16. “I located a stolen vehicle on 06/12/2016, at approximately 0930 hours at Copperstone Circle and Copperstone Court in Chesapeake, Virginia. The vehicle is a 2015 Dodge Charger with Virginia license plates of VEZ-1766. I took the initial report for the vehicle on 06/11/2016. It was assigned case #16-78080. I stayed with the vehicle and did not let it out of my sight. I notified FTO Noble that I had located the vehicle. He stated he was in route to the location. Prior to FTO Noble’s arrival Officer B. D. Baker arrived on scene and stated he had observed two black males that possible matched the
On December 20th at approximately 5:30 p.m. A Hispanic male and a Caucasian male walked out of the Galloway ShopRite with carts full of unpaid merchandise. The Hispanic male took approximately $323.20 and the Caucasian male took about $409.18 of unpaid goods. Store managers went after them, and were able to recover $72.90 in merchandise. The remaining of the stolen merchandise could not be recovered. Management immediately contacted store Security personal, Victoria Winder, who call the police and took pictures of the license plate of the Toyota 4Runner the individuals took off in. The suspects were later identified as William Terpak Jr. and Jocsan Moradel-Flores using ShopRite’s video surveillance.

There is this particular Target store located at the city of Signal Hill that I really enjoy shopping all the time. I love the nice organization of the store, it has excellent lighting, useful new products to my everyday necessities, and I always find tempting good deals. Throughout the years I have notice some population changes and racial diversity among the residents that shop at target, which I think is very interesting. Around ten years ago, Target used to be different, there was not much variety in clothing, no groceries section, and Black Friday was not as popular as it is today. Officers were requested to assist West Mahanoy Twp with locating a female who is believed to be at Granny's. The female, Heather HECKMAN, is wanted by Pottsville after stealing a 40 caliber pistol from Louis TASSONE. Officers were informed the female pointed the pistol at someone shortly after stealing the pistol. TASSONE told Pottsville police that HECKMAN called him in a panic looking for a ride. I believe Pottsville PD said HECKMAN told TASSONE something about someone pulling a gun on her. TASSONE said he went in to the grocery store to buy things for HECKMAN and when he returned she and his pistol were gone. TASSONE said the pistol was in or next to the center console of his vehicle. On 05/30/2015, at approximately 1816 hours, your affiant observed a silver Chevrolet Classic occupied by two males. The vehicle circled the block in a counterclockwise manner, repeating a portion of their route. During this time I located the owner of the vehicle utilizing a search through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The registration indicated the plate belonged to another vehicle and registered to Brittney Fisher, who was not an occupant in the vehicle. I activated my emergency lights initiating a vehicle stop in the 100 block of West Washington Street and while stopping the vehicle I observed the passenger making furtive movements towards the center console.
On Sunday, 04/29/2018, at approximately 1024 hours, I was in full police uniform, driving a marked Daly City Police patrol vehicle. I was driving south on Sullivan Avenue, north of the interstate 280 south on ramp. At that time my attention was drawn to a gray, 2015, Volkswagen, Passat bearing California license #5TUF434. I saw the vehicle was occupied by a male driver and female passenger. I conducted a records check on the computer in my patrol vehicle and it revealed it was a stolen vehicle out of Oakland.
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to a hit and run call in the 700 block of Vassar. A vehicle has struck two parked vehicle and had left the scene. Officer Seachris arrived and made contact with Officer Wheeler who was with the victims of the accident. Officer Wheeler advised that the vehicle was in the 600 block of Vassar. Officer Seachris proceeded to locate the vehicle, a maroon Chevy pickup with Kansas tag of 005HEY parked in front of 646 S Vassar. The vehicle was registered to a Hispanic female at 628 S Vassar. Officer Seachris made contact with the owner of 646 S Vassar, Christopher M. On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16
Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Gregory Climi by his Florida ID card. Climi advised that he is a driver for Lyft and was assaulted with a handgun by one of his passengers. Climi stated that at approximately 1:40 A.M. a request for a ride came in. Climi advised that he picked up the suspect at approximately 2:04 A.M. at 8602 US 19, Port Richey (Checkers). On 26 June 2017 at 1516 hours, Officers were dispatched to the area of 305 East Penn Street for a theft of a vehicle. Officer were advised the actor was a Rhiannon Meyer and that she had stolen her dad Dodge truck green in color with a plow on the front. and was last seen heading towards Main Street. Officer began to check the area of Main Street, when Unit 191 called out with the vehicle at 100 Pennsylvania Ave, in Shenandoah Heights. Your Affiant (Patrolman William Moyer) along with Patrolman Tyler Dissinger responded to Unit 191 (Chief Livergood) location.
