In spite of Danielle thinks she is doing right while really she is doing wrong because she is actually hurting her Tasha. For instances, Danielle tells her roommate, Tasha that her essay was good in spite of it needing a lot of corrections so that her roommate would not be hurt in the process. This shows that Danielle is concern about her roommate’s feelings and how Tasha may think of her despite the fact that her roommate may get a feeling grade as a result of her actions. Despite this Danielle, if she was a true friend should have helped Tasha out with …show more content…
For instances, Danielle will need to apply other virtues to her life rather than just honesty. Danielle will need other virtues that will help her to make appropriate decisions in the right scenarios. For example, Danielle will also need to measure her time and not get angry with Tasha for sometimes misunderstanding Danielle’s instructions.
Danielle will need to apply the virtue of temperance while working on her roommate’s essay, because she might need to get up early for a class as well as work on her own home work. For this reason, Danielle will need to keep track of the amount of time that she spends on Tasha’s essay because she may need to get up very early in the morning for a job or a class.
Also, Danielle will need to not get angry with Tasha for sometimes misunderstanding what Danielle is trying to say about certain problems with her essay. For example, Tasha may not understand want certain words or phrases that Danielle may tell Tasha that she will need to correct so she should just not be angry with Tasha. For this reason, Danielle should control her temper and patiently explain why Tasha will need to correct that mistake.
In the long run, this solution not only helps Danielle help to solve Tasha’s problem but also makes Danielle a virtuous person according to Aristotle

The church establishment of the early fourteenth century got its power mostly from religious authority over the masses. Relying on the poor and uneducated to need the church for guidance and salvation. Meister Eckhart’s teachings were a direct affront to that authority (document 1). He asserted that the church was not necessary to worship or even find God, claiming “if the soul is to know God, it must know him outside time and place, since God is neither in this or that, but One and above them” (book 342). He went a step further claiming that the well-established Christian ideology of performing good deeds in hopes of receiving religious favor was in fact all wrong and a waste of time. Eckhart’s views threatened to dramatically undermine everything the church depended on.
I nominate Heather Brewer as the GREATEST person in the world because she is trying to just be herself in this world of pure hatred and darkness. She is a mother to two kids and married to Paul Brewer who accepts her for who she is. Now she goes by Zac Brewer and has come out as a gay man. I look up to her as a good role model for kids these days who are trying to find their true selves. When they chose they’re families and friends are okay with it or are thrown away for their choices. Zac also now goes by the pronouns he/him/his indicating that he has made his final step into another world. Zac is well known for the creeptastic books that he has written for all of his little ‘minions’ so he calls his fans. Nine years ago he found himself as a transgender, but before all that he was deeply depressed and had no clue why. Then when it all changed he finally found who he truly came to life. He has always told his fans ‘minions’, “Own your weird. Embrace who you are, and whoever you are, you are

Paramore formed in Franklin, Tennessee when the members were in high school. On the other hand, Danielle will also need to not get angry at Tasha for sometimes misunderstanding her explanations about how to fix certain problems with the essay. This paper is to discuss the thesis written by Heather Rowley as a Ph.D. paper. Her final thesis was submitted to University of York in 2014 and its considered to be successful thesis regardless the time constrains that she faced. In my critique, I will assess the theoretical frame work, research methodology, contribution and key findings. In addition, I will discuss if Rowley was successful to answer the key research question: is ownership enough to secure employee engagement in Employee Owned Organizations (EOCs)? I argue throughout this paper that Rowley has not focused on the important factors affecting employee engagement, hence she was not able to give a clear answer to her thesis main questions.
