Overall, the performance was okay, however, there were many flaws. My own performance was not at all perfect because I definitely could have done a lot better. I should have taken more action to actually lead the group more, but instead I was a little shy because of the fact that I was the youngest. For example, I should have pushed the group to rehearse more, so we would have been better at our lines. However, I was not the strongest leader and did not do so. In my performance I should have been louder and projected my voice more and I should have done more acting instead of standing. I could have also spoke a little deeper to sound like a boy, but I did not think about that and worried more about my lines than I did the quality of what I was saying.

I have been a part of many teams during my extreme and lengthy work history. Many of the teams have been very challenging or lacked the correct level of leadership. For my team analysis paper I will discuss a team that I was affiliated with for ten years. This particular team was and usual fit of characters that somehow were able to reach its outcomes, but with many challenges. Honestly, there was more turmoil and distrust below the surface but many of the coworkers on the other teams had no clue; until several years go by and things begin to unravel.
What rating would you give the team out of 10 (10 being the highest level of success)? What factors do you think contributed to the level of success your team achieved when success is defined as the creation of a resource that has authority and is user-friendly and the degree to which you worked effectively as a team. Provide specific examples from your experience to illustrate these factors.

The formation of teams and resources involved in forming a successful collaboration takes a time to put together. The essence of formation and the design is one aspect but, how people work together to operate in teams, and how they will accomplish goals together are another aspect of teams. Teams offer the opportunity to expand the division of work, share the amount of work, and increase the quality of the finished products being produced. Friend and Cook (2013), team formation in schools have a special role in certain populations. While a lot of definitions teams vary, the authors are focusing on core functions of teams. In this paper, using the chapters six, seven, and eight will be used as the evaluation for teams, the approach

Along with my daily duties in the home office, I am required to conduct my internal verification work.
